Haha, no its not me!
You can get a fully working car in decent nick for under a grand, chuck decent oil in it, change the brake fluid and take it on track. It will run all day like that and be amazing fun. Genuinely don't need to spend anything on it, the one I took to Curborough was completely standard!
Bits like a roll bar and suspension aren't a bad shout if it will go on track fairly regularly though. I actually have a roll bar for sale and possibly some shocks soon, lol.
That one could be OK or could be a basket case depending on rust, don't mind taking a look if its not too far away (PR3 isn't really Preston IIRC). Have an exhaust and some door cards going spare if needed
