That's probably due to the pins picking up on the edge of the bashring.

Whats that '20' measured in? Surely theres some sort of calibration scale in the manual of your tensoimeter?

Axle, End Cap, Preload adjuster, Driveshell with full compliment of bearings. Someone with a bit of nouse!

And the threads will fall out of your frame. You can get away with 5mm on some BBs with a lot of threads, but 10mm is FAR too much!

Sounds more like a Royal Mail problem to be honest... give it a couple of days and then contact them again, I'm sure they'll send some more out if need's be <_<

The VRacing frame has a 40mm BB rise (Y) The current model IS the XTP2. The original one had a more traditional head tube arrangement. So, I guess you could call the VRacing the XTP3, however, I would just call it the VRacing :)

36h is obviously marginally stronger, but I've run 32h wheels for 6 years with no problems - and I'm a fatty! :)

Thats bloody genius, haha! Also try dusting the inside of your tyre with talcum powder - so the inner tube will slide instead of gripping (Y)

Pretty sure the Maxxis tubes aren't nylon - nylon's totally the wrong type of material for such an application! Try a normal patch - I'm almost certain it'll work (Y) Adam
