  1. Ah-ha, that's where the problem lies unfortunately. The only thing you can do is run a half link (or a half link chain if you fancy stretching it beyond useable within a few rides), or change gear ratio. Adam
  2. What gear ratio are you running Tom? 18:12 sets up perfectly, but if you're not running that ratio, it may have something to do with it. Adam

Not sure what you mean about the 'back end' Si, but its easy enough for us to use and thats what matters You seem to think we've done the coding ourselves? Hell no! The HSBC integration is something only a handful of programmers even attempt, there's many a horror story floating around on PC forums. We'll make sure we get our web guy to sort the HTML out for V2 for you Cheers Adam
  4. 18 mins to within 0.1mm (round and straight), including pre-stressing and re truing/tensioning. Thats rushing though... normally about 25-30 mins.
  5. There's JUST enough room for a normal rear caliper and a +40 adaptor (meaning 200mm rotor), but, you don't need it.

  7. You need to get rid of that banner blocker you have Mark
  8. Thanks John. Got a note in our pile for tomorrow, will get that info to you Cheers Adam

Thats perfectly normal. There needs to be some 'preload' of around 3-5mm when the cranks are new. If this is not there, that means the crank interface is too loose, and you will run into problems in the future. Have you greased the spline? This will allow the crank to slide on further, and make removal easier. Adam
  10. Still in testing. We've got hold of one to see how it goes, along with some other little prototype bits.
  11. Hehe, ok then, will try and get one sorted this week.... You have to squeeze the bead into the centre of the rim to allow it to become slack. Waddy can let you know how long it takes to do
  12. Which one did you break Matt? Theres a big difference between the Platinum Pro ISIS and the Platinum Pro DH ISIS... 1.5 weeks is still pretty impressive though, hehe.
  13. You'll need at least 8mm of overlap between the two Patt - measure it and see
  14. Haha, I was gonna post that for a laugh too. I would say about '50% beans' with a foot-long lever (depending on how many pasties you've eaten) Adam
  15. Stan you basher, that was RUBBISH. Haha, not really, big and smooth as always! I think the sound prob is due to the bitrate/compression, I had the same issues a while back... Nice one Adam
  16. The footage is now about 3 months old, so Damon's a lot better now! Just needed to clear out some tapes, and didnt wanna have people missing out in the footage :P Enjoy! Cheers, Adam
  17. The difference is suprising, actually! Not so noticeable when going from your bike to someone elses, but if you change the ratio on your own bike it feels a hell of a lot different in my experience!
  18. Try it and see. Stickier the better. Ideally you want something that goes all stringy when you try to pull it out the pot - you know the stuff (Y)
  19. Could always try that? Since it'll work n stuff. You need something REALLY goopy, like 'Slick Honey' Lube (if you can find any), or Bullshot, etc.
  20. I now see a good reason for the price being a little more than I expected. Top stuff Luke! Can't wait to get hold of one!
  21. You could try whacking thick sticky grease (so it doesnt shift about) between the ratchet and pawls (where they meet), but NOT on the spring(s). Then it should still engage properly, but be less noisy. Adam
