  1. There is an unofficial route, we were also offered the frames but declined, for exactly the reasons Mark outlined. Plus, screwing over official importers really doesn't do much for your reputation!

Hey Alex, You could try some Onza V-Daptors and then use normal HS33 pads - we had a customer buy some for their T-Vee and they're getting on well with them! The CRVs are great pads, but seldom produced - we've still not received the ones we ordered over a year ago! Cheers Adam

  4. Looks like your frame is ~89mm, so the Echo should fit fine Any queries, then just give me a shout! Cheers Adam
  5. Mr Garrett... usually found sitting behind a PC, often faffing on a CAD package Not seen you for a while though! Hope the bike still gets out regularly
  6. Yeah, thats true on the overall scale of things. 70-75 Shore A hardness usually provides the best wear resistance on most compounds, yet that'd be far too squishy for brake pads - they'll feel awful at the lever, and pull out of the backings. Pretty much all trials pads fall between 80-90 Shore A range. Anyway, sorry for the ramble, back on topic now
  7. Pics here: http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....t&p=1015398 Cheers Adam
  8. Antry forms now up on TartyBikes We're hoping to get some decent directions sorted in the near future too, so get yourself entered and be prepared for a great day out! Both Dudwood and Bracken are awesome venues for UCI comps, with nice rounded rocks and plenty of run ups. See you there! Adam
  9. They're a completely different compound to CRMs, and around the same hardness. Hardness doesn't dictate wear rate or performance though.
  10. Only 32h unfortunately! They are available now.
  11. And thats a Lite frame, not a Team...
  12. Hahaha, no probs, it does sound rather gay now I've read it back
  13. That was beasty! I wanna see another vid of him with the music down a bit and plenty of bike sounds in it And lycra is good, sure it doesn't look cool, but if you try riding in it sometime you'll feel the difference...
  14. That's what I said, yeah. The 9 refers to Hope's caliper number btw, and the 74 to the spacing in mm between the two bolt holes. Its called a post mount.
  15. They've been around a while... Hayes made their first post mount brakes in 2000, and Manitou forks to match.
  16. b*****d Results so far: http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/Championship5thAug.xls Adam
  17. Its definitely a good system, the only problem I've found is that there aren't any tools currently available to face the mounts... and they are rarely square = wank brake!
  18. Which model is it Al? You'll probably find a small grub screw in the caliper somewhere... you whip this out and then bleed from the bottom up with a syringe (unlike Hopes). Ads
  19. 1. Go to google.com 2. Type in something like 'bleeding Hope disc' 3. Find the manual 4. Read it and follow the instructions Or Click here: http://www.hopetech.com/database/userguide_printed_2002.pdf
  20. Just one snap from Blackburn the other night. Tried to get one from the front, but he tilted his forks in front of his face (and you can't see how big it is) Ads
  21. Anyone who currently stocks Onza/Tensile parts. RRP is £60.
  22. You big tart. See you there fellow bashers!
