  1. Got a couple of new bits to fit and play with
  2. Be careful, there are a few versions of the Pro2 hub and some are not suitable for trials!
  3. Here we go: http://tartybikes.co.uk/images/large_221prframebb.jpg Ads
  4. I much prefer them to the older version, the sweep on those give me wrist pain. Really good so far, still getting used to it, but its really nimble and flicky, finding it more fun than 26" for now... The latest batches of Try-All rims don't have the sidewalls brushed since the Koxx bikes are soon to be available with rear disc mounts (as far as we have been told) - and obviously un-brushed sidewalls look a lot better! The bike was built around a pretty tight budget and I went for the best value parts I could find for myself - can't really fault the Lite forks (light, stiff, strong) and my wrists don't agree with the sweep/rise on Monty bars... therefore I needed a higher stem too. The Monty rear disc hubs are 36h only, and the Monty rims are 32h... also the front Monty rims are 28h and the Echo Disc hubs are only in 32h! I also prefer the rims to be a little wider. Freewheel's been great, I love the quick engagement and its not even clunked so far, very impressed! Cheers for the comments guys, *might* try some Monty bars at some point, but I would like a bit more width and I'm not sure how my wrists will cope Will try and shoot some video soon too! Adam
  5. Well, I've been wanting to try a mod for a little while now... but it just HAD to be dual disc... Then a few of these little beauties arrived and I couldn't resist! The brakes and pedals were nicked from my Simtra (don't worry, that will go back together soon!) and there's a few other parts from Dave's GU on there too... Geometry is: 995mm wheelbase, +50mm BB rise and 362mm chainstays... first proper ride tonight Spec for anyone interested: - Monty 221 Pr 2007 Frame - Echo Lite 2007 Forks - Echo Team Stem - ZOO Bar, Black - Echo Front Disc Hub - Try-All Front Rim - Monty 221 Ti Rear Disc Hub - Try-All Rear Rim - Hope Mono Trial Brakes, 180mm front and 160mm rear - Echo CNC Cranks - Echo Internal Bottom Bracket, 2007 model - Try-All Freewheel (which feels awesome so far!) - Creepy Crawler Tyres - Onza Hognesium Pedals I think that's all! Cheers Adam
  6. Sorry that you didn't get a reply to your email - when did you send it? I spent most of yesterday afternoon replying to all our unread (almost 100) emails... maybe it didn't get through to us? Anyway, as others have said, the bars will definitely fit but it may take a bit of wiggling to get the bends through, and you will probably have to open the clamp up a little. Hope that helps, Cheers Adam
  7. Be with you tomorrow Dave :wink2: I spoke to the importers again this morning - to clarify, the 221 Ti is not in the UK yet, but should be in around two weeks. Adam
  8. The 2007 221Ti bikes are not in the country yet, they should be here in approx 2 weeks.
  9. *Is currently building the wheels for that beast* Tasty!
  10. Theres a bolt THROUGH and a bolt UP version - the through axle is for DH biks etc, whereas us trials boys are best with the bolt up option
  11. They're COMPLETELY different bikes! Full spec will be up when I have time, but the geo is 1075mm, +5mm BB, 72 degree head angle and made from 7005 alloy. Good gusseting too
  12. '06/'07 then Same brake, they're unchanged since the latest model Edit: Pictures! Obviously available with 4-Bolt mounts too.
  13. Until the '05 ones are out that is! Which we have on order and should be arriving soon...
  14. It won't unfortunately, and there isn't one that exists... yet :wink2:
  15. Top stuff Annihilator1, catch you again soon for some beasty rockage! Ads
  16. 68mm shell, and anything 122.5mm or longer should do the trick!
  17. It is £70 cheaper though, and you do get better forks and cranks...
  18. Its the same as the T-Pro except those upgrades. The T-Pro frame and fork has 4 bolt mounts (fork also has a disc mount) and comes with Onza 4-Bolt/V-Brake Adaptors as seen below:
  19. The T-Comp, with HS33s, Tensile Freewheel, Tensile Mounts and Tensile brake pads (at £499). Some dense bugger (me) forgot to get a picture though!
  20. Seemed to be a dark metallic-y grey at the show, a bit like the Limey! I'll try and get more detailed specs up later, I really needed some tea last night at 10pm! And yep, the T-Bird has a front disc for '07!
  21. Yup -> http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....showtopic=82171
  22. Same as Zhi ZM1 -> http://tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?id=2041
  23. AdamR28

    2006 Ribos

    They do look a lot better when they're not shiny and new! There are a few differences between those and the SV-1s, I'll let the guys who have used both models fill you in
  24. Short 1030mm, Long 1045mm with Echo Lite forks and Echo Headset - As seen here
  25. I reckon that should do you well, cant see any problems there One of our customers has had one of the new ZOO freehubs for a while on his Holroyd, and not a single skip so far he says! http://tartybikes.co.uk/category.php?id=62 (there's 5 models all with the same internals - the 20" freehubs. All also available with 12-16T sprockets) Hope that helps. Cheers Adam PS: Darren, are the spokes you ordered for your existing Try-All rim? The Echo hubs are only in 32h and I believe your Try-All is 36h..
