  1. Hi Craig, As others have said, its a next working day delivery, so will be with you Tuesday 2nd Cheers Adam
  2. From experience, both Dave and myself have found it IMPOSSIBLE to buy a correctly-fitting helmet without first trying it on. If your helmet doesn't fit correctly, then you might as well not bother wearing one... Mail order helmet sales are a complete lottery, from correct fitting right through to potential damage in transit (usually completely invisible), and that is why we do not sell them. Hope that makes sense Cheers Adam
  3. Awesome When was that video on MBUK? 1999 or something? Brings back memories Cheers Andy!
  4. Try Misco.co.uk and Ebuyer.com too... both good. Recently bought a very well specced PC for my mum from Ebuyer for around £320 including TFT monitor, its actually really sweet. Ads Bit of digging: http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/in...ycode=FWAK88J97 Thats basically what I just got for mum... maybe add another stick of RAM? Seems a good deal to me, although I'm some someone'll say its poo Or maybe: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/102522/produ.../rb/24091018225 and http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/104838/rb/24090872825 - just got the 15" version of this and was well impressed for the cash!
  5. Is it definitely an Echo brake? I've seen that brake on a ZHI bike before, and the file name is 'zhifkkq5.jpg'...
  6. Haha, yeah the Orange Tees seemed to be a bit 'marmite', but I like it Downloading now... Ads
  7. Might be a bit death this time of year, but will have a think Ads
  8. Good point Strange, I didn't even register it was a 24", lol. Might also be Base forks in that case, the finish looks too good to be re-sprayed Ashtons (unless done professionally of course) Edit: Base and Ashton forks are the same thing I believe
  9. Never heard of a problem with one... make sure the head tube is faced and the headset was fitted with a press. That will cure any creaking from that component... if it carries on then its time to check the forks, bars, stem, front wheel...
  10. As far as I can work out, the feature that houses the threads and chamfers, plus the threads and chamfers themselves, are gonna be much more expensive to manufacture than one simple piston. The surface finish required for the piston bores also ups the cost significantly - having two of those is gonna be un-necessary. You could also make the body retrofit a current lever blade, saving more cash. I didn't actually read that post though to be fair, I'm fully aware of Luke's situation (he's a customer of ours). I dunno, I'm just trying to suggest things to make it easier. Another idea: http://www.motorrad.magura.com/downloads/M...atalog_2007.pdf Part number, 0120438, Page 24
  11. To make the lever more simple, reliable, and bring costs down, why not just have one piston in the lever?

Summed up in one! I don't 'hate' Christmas, just don't really look forward to it... Always far too knackered to enjoy myself by the time it arrives!
  13. I would have thought a few hundred quid at least for a 1-off.
  14. Yup, as Ali says, hoping to be there for about 11...
  15. It is indeed, but I've gotta say the proper thing haven't I Despite everyone having fitted a headset with a block of wood and a mallet in the past, it doesn't do wonders for warranty claims..!
  16. Chilled videos for the win Cheers Ben (and Mike!), was a good watch
  17. That was me... not sure why, guess its just a faff to keep swapping usernames! You *could* but not recommended... try a quick search and theres other suggestions

    Two Questions

Very good frames, especially for the money... yes, there have been a fair few broken, but considering how many have been sold and how light they are (lighter than an XTP!!) that's very impressive. The 07 ones also have an open ended gusset at the head tube to cure that issue too...

    Two Questions

If its just the Pr frame you're thinking of buying, then that won't have any effect on the strength of your rear wheel... The main thing that helps with wheels is the quality of the build. Adding eyelets and fancy spokes etc can't make up for a poor build. I'd go as far to say that any combo of rim/spokes/hub can last well if the rider runs decent tyre pressures (and doesn't do stupidly massive stuff of course!).
  21. Just remembered that we do actually have some short left in stock... will update the site now! Cheers Adam Edit: Sorted
  22. Yep - always nice to have a record for the customer, as well as ourselves!
