:wink2: Like Edd and Nick have said, you need to get the bead of the tyre into the lowest part of the rim - you can get any tyre off any rim with your hands if you do it like this. Adam
Its for mechanical strength. I think it would work but certainly wouldn't want to recommend it in case you lose your teeth I'm the ENO bodge king so far and I haven't died... 108 EPs for the win :wink2:

The wheel will have no bearing on how 'straight' the freewheel spins. It sounds like the threads on the crank aren't perfectly matched to the freewheel, this is perfectly normal - a little tolerance on both parts can easily add up to make it look bad. For example, my freewheel/chain appears to waver around 2mm but it causes no problems whatsoever. Cheers Adam
Haha, yeah, just realised we have a 36h too... was sent in error but never mind Edit: Yep we have them, the construction would indicate they are stronger (heavier than the 47mm but narrower), Black only.
As has been said, ours has been measured with Echo Urban forks (and an Echo headset if you want to be 100% anal). I believe the geo of the production frames is slightly different to the proto versions. Cheers Adam
