  1. Its still Hydroforming though - Forming the shape of the tube by Hydraulic action. It just depends to what level you wish to take it. Frames look good from the pictures, would like to get some in stock. Speak to you tomorrow Fred.
  2. No post Friday and Monday obviously slows things down, yes!
  3. Looking good Matt - you will learn to love the 200ness... its only like using a 160 on a mod

  6. Edit: Just realised that quote doesn't really get my point across if you think about it for more than a few seconds Hopefully you'll know what I mean Mark... I don't really wanna get involved with this though, all I'm trying to convey is that people should wait for the final confirmation before passing judgement. You also have to remember that this is not 'The Bike Show', it's run by totally different people, its The NBS (Yes, I know that stands for National Bike Show, but it is completely different to the 'old' bike shows that were held at the NEC). Cheers Adam
  7. Sounds like you have the 6mm hose... I would try a re-bleed first, my 06 brake was never as mushy as you describe once re-bled, hopefully that will help your decision without needing to spend any money! Cheers Adam
  8. Hey Hendrik, Did you ever re-bleed your Mono Trial, and chop the hose down? They're never quite perfect from the box... Those two things help a lot, also obviously improve power. The '07 model of the brake is stiffer than previous years too - I would say mine is at least on a par with an HS33 with booster. Adam Edit: Also, some of the brakes came with 5mm hose instead of 6mm... the 6mm was much stiffer. Any ideas which you have?
  9. Exactly - larger rotors offer more leverage over smaller rotors... and therefore better braking power
  10. I'm guessing he took the crank off his practice bike to stick on the comp bike? Still, shows how much power the top guys have.
  11. I'm not so sure that's the case - both Martyn and Giles have been involved with trials for a long time. See how it goes, nothing is finalised yet...
  12. Bank Holiday :D Won't be there but would love to be... have a good one
  13. Should be strong enough, but they're more flexy than 2.0-1.8-2.0s. Cheers Adam

  23. Yep, twas a good day! Turned up at half 10 expecting to observe but was bullied into riding So, thanks to Joe for the bike, Bennett for the helmet and Dave, Steph, Nick, Jon and Char for food and drink! Also to all the observers. How did everyone else find it? I think its fair to say the sections were a lot easier today, some really low scores, I think it ended up more fun since people weren't getting disheartened after 5ing most of the first lap... haha. Cheers Adam PS: Fire me the results across in an email Dave and I'll sort em out now
  24. They were only made in 119... so all you can do is buy an oversize 119 and a normal 127.5, and swap the axles over
