  1. 20 is well old :wink2: haha. I do feel very old at 24 with all the little kiddies sidehopping houses and barely being able to move in the morning sometimes... but you get over it!
  2. It's just like riding a tiny bike with a seat pushed all the way down, wearing tight jeans, a bowl on your head and a polo shirt... Not meant in a harsh way, its just trials is pretty odd anyway!
  3. Super, cheers Phil, all seems nice and easy Have printed some off for you Waddy Ali'll bring them with him tonight. Got one up on our door too.
  4. I think it's Matlock Quarry... Not me, haha, I'm nowhere near that bendy...
  5. Just prited one out from SelectBikes Waddy, looks fine: http://www.le-trial.com/selectbikes/leequarry_flyer.gif
  6. Looks good Phil, great venue too! Lets pray for dry weather May enter myself actually, the fiyer says £15 entry fee - is that the only fee I would need to pay? Sorry, it's all a little confusing for someone with a small brain like me...
  7. Got some thanks, prefer my Ribos
  8. I'm not sure, we don't think they're all that special, but it may be an option for the future if there's enough call for them
  9. The Ribo Urban shoes Ali C had been wearing WOULD have been sold for around £50 if they had been released. The AS-1 is a totally different shoe which we received prototypes of at the same time but kept them under wraps to prevent others from copying the design. All Ribo shoes are hand made in Spain.
  10. Yeah, I agree that people like to colour co-ordinate (all I have to do is look around me for a reminder), but having a red shoe (for example) means anyone who doesn't have a red colour scheme won't buy them! Grey goes with anything. Fashion smashion
  11. Suprised the looks are getting so many bad comments! Here's a set being worn: Upgrades: - Suede material is more flexible and durable than previous models, also waterproof. - No side windows to prevent damage for those who curl their feet over the side of the shoe when sidehopping, also helps prevent water ingress. - Larger heel patch with new shape to help resist against crank rub. - Velcro ankle strap with built in protection (not to be confused with support!) can be adjusted to tailor the feel/fit of the shoe even further, previous models had a neoprene sock which tended to go 'baggy' over time. - They don't look like disco boots The colour is understated we think, surely that's better than bright yellow/blue/red? Cheers Adam
  12. Put some grease in where the pawls and springs seat into the freehub body.
  13. All fittings are that size As Duane said, there is a little trick to get a perfect bleed. Obviously you need a syringe/bleed hose to do it, but you should have one anyway, you can't bleed a good brake without one...
  14. Everywhere seems to be in Newcastle
  15. It's not actually a problem with the brake though, it's just not being able to bleed brakes...

  17. Hi everyone, The new Ribo AS-1 shoes are now available in the UK. Retail price is £80, but there are a number of upgrades from the previous model. Adam
  18. Yeah, sleeping in cars is WANK... I bet we can get 4 of us in one room
  19. Oooh tasty shizzle... I'm up for this Will have to sort out somewhere to stay... don't fancy camping with the weather in its current state! Any ideas Matt?
  20. If the pads are close and the piston is bottoming out... it can't be bled properly
  21. Can always tell when someone's been riding for a long time... lots of control and a good style - sweet vid Nick
  22. Rich is a reet basher though Get some proper brakes and you'll be fine :wink2: (cue Hudson...)
