  4. Grey import = illegal = generally not covered by manufacturer's warranty.
  5. Yeah, best bet is to give me a call or send an email
  6. I very much doubt that, please contact me and we can discuss this. Adam
  7. Strange, the price we were quoted by Hope for the bolts and washers at retail was £15 (and paid the appropriate trade price). Maybe the CRC ones don't include the washers? I understand the picture shows this but the description does not mention it. It may also be the case that they have a few kicking about and wish to 'get rid' of them as soon as possible. I have no idea why CRC are selling the OS-170 stem at less than trade price, my guess is that they are stopping selling that item - they only list 110mm on the site. I have just checked a few other retailers and have now adjusted the price of this item on our site. Regarding Chris King items - it has been known for a while that you can grey import items from the USA for less, however the correct import channels always pay import taxes and VAT, this is what leads to seemingly 'rip off' prices from official UK dealers. Thanks Adam
  8. I believe Dan has his price at £245 in an attempt to undercut our previous price of £249. The heavily discounted price we used to have the hubs at was due to a bulk buy deal from the UK importers who were clearing out incorrectly ordered stock. The RRP of a Chris King SingleSpeed rear hub is £341.99, the only way I can think of a retailer selling them at £245 would be to grey import from the USA. That is a Chris King Classic hub, very different to the SingleSpeed.
  9. If only you Southern bashers had some decent stuff to ride... Nice vid Rob! I miss my Simtra
  10. Oof... I think the one you're on about Boon is LTCBristol, and Sponge that will be TartyBikesVideo1... I don't have either of those but I'm hoping someone will!? (Janson? )
  11. Yeah, quite a lot of Kendal in that video actually

    Damon...

Agreed. I'm not sure what this has to do with us really, although I do see various people's point so I'll speak to Damon tomorrow.
  14. Evening gents, I've got a PC with a bog standard motherboard which uses built in GFX and I would like to add a second monitor to it. My guess is that I require a new GFX card (I have a few spare PCI slots) with two outputs... is that correct? If so, will I be able to over-ride the built in one? Is there a standard procedure to doing it or does it vary between motherboards? Does it depend on the model of motherboard? I tried this once before on my last PC and it wasn't having any of it... Otherwise, is there another way of configuring two monitors from just one output? Any help greatly appreciated Ads
  15. What's the email address you used to register Alex? I will remove any record from our system, then from here if you re-register it should work perfectly Cheers Adam Edit: Obviously feel free to email/call me if you don't want to put it up on the forum!
  16. Ahh, sorry Nick, I thought it was a comment regarding website Dave!
  17. Polyurethane, approx 80 (soft like Plaz which are about 82A)-90 (hard like Orange VIZ pads which are 92A) Shore A hardness. There's lots of different compounds though.
  18. Yeah, his username is Waddy. Loads of clearance in an Ozonys, would probably fit a 2.7" Maxxis actually.
  19. Not sure what that's supposed to mean...? All the issues mentioned above should be sorted now, with the exception of the 'X' deleting all instances of a product in your basket (it has always been like that and is meant to be like that - if you wish to decrease the number of an item in the basket you can type the number in manually and then Update Basket). Cheers Adam
  20. We've already pre-ordered a batch as a bit of a kick up the bum to get the prototypes made! We keep pestering them but no joy yet...
  21. The issues with the ENO (and all other FWs with sticky-outy tabs) is that the bore isn't large enough to clear the axle stop on the SKF BB. Of course you could machine down the stop but we dont recommend this... The freewheels with 'inny' tabs (Try-All, Monty) have a large enough bore to pass over the SKFs axle stop so they usually work, always if you have no bashring on your cranks
  22. Cheers for the feedback. Andy - you're using Internet Explorer, yes?
  23. Yeh, you pretty much hit it on the head Steve... we do have the 'As Used By' icons on the product pages though Cheers Adam
  24. Haha, sorry, just you always tend to rip into our sites, I was in shock!
