  1. No problem Dan Looks good, minimal green for the win!
  2. I think he got stuck in a really tight pair of jeans, then it rained, and they squeezed him to death when they shrunk?
  3. We're off to Shipley Glen chaps... welcome to come if you can find transport, all out cars are full so far Ads
  4. I think all the picture sets loop through, clicking on the left or the right side of them goes forward or back in the loop. Site looks cool Dave, now get some more frames in
  5. Just south of Preston, not too far from you guys Think we'll be heading off to some natural today... not sure where or what time yet though! Will let you know
  6. Don't fully rape it! Planning on riding somewhere but no idea where yet...!
  7. You know it makes sense! I don't think I ever used modandstocktrials but I remember many evenings camped on the Trialskings forum awaiting new posts... There's plenty of 'oldies' about (I'm 24 now) so you won't feel out of place :wink2: Ads
  8. You have recieved a new feedback. Below are details concerning the new feedback. Type: Good Rating SummaryI got love and kisses too! Top bloke, easy deal Given By: Adam@TartyBikes You were the: Buyer Date: 1196425039
  9. A day early but I'm not at work tomorrow so... Merry Christmas! One free with every order in December I know... no Santa suits, but Stan was reluctant after last year Adam
  10. I'm hoping to film the draw sometime in the evening of Monday 3rd. Good luck everyone!
  11. Two things: - Lube chain - Flip springs around on your tensioner - they are bent at the top, if you move the bend to the bottom it will create a more natural angle for the runner and you'll be able to apply correct tension again. You don't need to bend the hell out of the springs, just give them a gentle curve. Ads

  13. Haha, tis fiiine... all the pics are at the top anyway I like the lens, I can't fault it although I have nothing to compare it to... That was the same price I paid for mine, really good considering RRP is about £500! Quality is good, I did some test shots for (Leeds) Tim in the random photo thread here: http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....t&p=1398881. If you want some full scale crops just let me know It does have an AF/MF switch on the side (just I found the AF is pants in the dark), its reasonably quiet and pretty fast to focus as well (full range in ~1/2 a second). Other info... everything feels really good, all the connections and rings are tight and fluid (nothing like my standard floppy lens) and it's a nice weighty bit of kit. DO IT Ads
  14. That's alright, the Inspired has different geo. Bike looks smart Dave!
  15. It sounds like there is air in the system after your bleed. Give it another go, then lob some water on the rotor and scrub the pads gently on and off til dry. Repeat a few times and then see how it is Adam
  16. You should just be able to chase the frame through with a tap, yes, this will remove the paint and give you a perfect thread. Go slowly and carefully! Adam
  17. If you're putting Merlin then you have to put TartyBikes as well
  18. Can't say I've used them personally, and I've not had experience with a grind. They are still perfect on that test bike though and Ali's broken two BBs...
  19. DMR DV24s The geo is actually sliiightly different, the Inspired has longer chainstays and a longer head tube (means you don't need as many spacers/such a high rise bar & stem combo to get the bars in the right place).
  20. Yo Nick, I've got PMs turned off... :$ As for equipment: 400D, Tokina ATX-DX 10-17 fisheye, Sigma Super EF 530 flash, using the popup flash on the camera as a trigger for the Sigma which was sat on the floor. Manual focusing cos the auto just refuses to work in the dark! I use the fisheye for loads of other stuff, general pics (was handy at MPH Show the other weekend), landscapes... although it can get a bit distorted sometimes. Brakes... Dave has the 07 Tarty Trial SL brakes Me too for that matter! Thanks for the comments, hopefully will get some more taken this week (too tired for riding!) Ads
  21. Felix's bike: There's also some pics here about 1/3rd the way down the page (blue links): http://myspace.com/inspiredbicycles Hope that helps Ads
  22. Oops, yeah, the XLs are welded and machined... much better than the standard ones.
  23. I've not used one personally, but the 42mm versions are just the same as a Try-All rim with eyelets - should be a decent rim!
