  1. Yeh sure Mat, what res? Thanks for the comments so far Ads
  2. Like it Joe! That move on the wall/rail was sweet
  3. I think we should turn this into a 'stupid riding faces' thread Here's my efforts from today:
  4. Evening all, Just got back from a rather lengthy 2 rides joined into one, but was a good day Here's the pics: Phil tapping lol Same from other angle Gap over rail to floor Hook to... sort of 45 degrees. Didn't QUITE make it.. next time mate! Dropping in front of the town hall Gap Rolling down Gapping across to the wall Hanging ready for batman Setting up for a move (this was actually a test shot... but came out better than the 'real' one :$ ) Up to front-back Bunnyhop (nice facial expression) Getting ready for 180 up to front wheel (good face again) Mid-180 Landing (good face again, lol) Small gap up sideways to front wheel Church and reflection in canal Hope you like! Adam Edit: Forgot to say, thanks to Phil for the pics of me
  5. Just built this up today, got some riding pics also which I will stick up shortly after editing. Geo is: 1085 wheelbase, +40mm BB, 383mm chainstays, 660mm reach, 72 degree head angle, weight 1.842kg (very Ozonys-like also!). Ads
  6. Bummer next time hopefully... I reckon we should go to Heysham
  7. Hey Mitch, are you at uni or home at the moment? Think we're gonna ride Heysham today (near Morecambe) and wondered if you wantd to join? Ads

  8. Echo riser bars: Lower rise but same sweep as the below. ZOO Riser, GU Riser, Czar Riser, latest V!Z Maxbar: All the same bars, same sweep as Echo risers but a little more rise. For something with more rise and sweep you need to look at: Monty, Try-All Rage or V!Z Pro700. Adam
  9. Won't be riding til about 1ish... thinking maybe Blackburn, Blackpool (wind direction dependent) or anywhere else you think is worth riding? Ads
  10. Sort of. If you make the rim very shallow it will flat spot very easily and be pretty weak in general. I would rather have a ~100g lighter rim and mean I have to align the tyre (10 second job - put SOME air in, go round checking the bead is set and then pump the rest) than having a heavier rim. Yeah, it would cost a lot to get new rim tooling made just to make it easier to put tyres on (it's the same rim as a Try-All).
  11. Do I see some lines from photoshopping the floor out? Edit: Ah no, power lines? Still damn impressive! I wanna go
  12. It's because they are single wall. More like 4mm (diameter - where it matters), hardly massive! As has been said a really old tyre stretches.
  13. If you have a spare KMC stick that on instead, it will solve the problem. When brand new, the edges of the links on the Collapse chains are very 'square' and they can pop/bang on 20" bikes. The KMCs have chamfered edges on their plates and don't do this. If you carry on riding it does wear in though.
  14. What chain do you have? How old is it? How old are the sprockets? It may not be an alignment issue.

    Youch! I blame his jeans
  16. Oops, it was 28th! Thats Patt from Grantham
  17. June 2004 Rear hub and cranks are on this bike still going strong: http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....howtopic=111240 Looks good, should have kept the Control though IMO!
  18. Haha, no it's not that, the 20" was initially to be 4-Bolt also but he decided the frame looked too cluttered and left the mounts off for production. The TP has 4-Bolt mounts anyway, and is pretty similar.
  19. I imagine there are plenty of places who could do it, but most will service for XC use... which will probably make it skip. Ads
  20. Legal requirement is 28 days... but I would imagine them to be quicker than that. A week maybe? Give em a call
  21. Just built one of these up for a local guy, rides really well - stiff, responsive. Geo is 1085 wheelbase, +45mm BB, 380mm stays, 72 head angle, 670mm reach (all within 5mm/0.5 degrees of Stan's Ozonys) Hope you like Ads
  22. Incorrect - the Mag used to be 7005-T6, its now 6061-T6 and the Ozonys is 6064-T6. Just because the tubes are thin doesn't mean it's the same alloy Out of the two... I would probably go for the Lite cos I'm a weight weenie, but if you like your brakes a bit stiffer then the Team is a good best, especially at a discounted price. Ads
