As good as the postal service in the country it's going to http://sg.royalmail.com/portal/rm/PriceFin...ear=pricingcalc Airsure (signed for, £150 insurance included): £13.84 ISF (International Signed For, £34 insurance): £13.14 For the extra I would go with Airsure, we've never had a problem with it!
I think having zero offset might actually give the opposite effect you're trying to achieve... Turn your forks around and have a quick ride - obviously this would give ~-45mm offset but it would give you an idea of how the handling would change.
In testing Magura have actually found the 4-finger blade less likely to crack/snap lever bodies - the riders think this may be due to a little more flex in the blade. They also have some CNC lever blades out in Red and Black which will be available very soon.
What draft angle are you using? And which dimension does the 46mm refer to (top or bottom of the chamfer)? Whats the depth/thickness of the lower part of the pad? (if X = 46, Y = ?, Z = 3)? Whats 17 + 13 + 17? Not 46 :wink2: Might need to tweak that...
We actually take the time to fit forks and headset to the frames and measure the geometry, rather than just taking the manufacturers' details as gospel
I'll try next time Ben... but the problem with natty is that you just can't see what's happening without getting close For the street stuff I'll see what I can do
Last night we tripped down to sunny and beautiful Stoke* to give Rob his new bike for the season. He'll be riding a stealthy GU LE 20" 2008 model, so if you see him at any of the British comps, European or World UCIs don't forget to say hello! Adam *Picture may not be of Stoke, in fact it may have been taken at TartyBikes and edited slightly.
Geometry is 1020 wheelbase, +50mm BB rise, 362mm stays, Head Angle 72 degrees, 610mm BB to headtube. Frame weight 1.916kg inc bash, bike weight 9.84kg. One tasty machine! Adam
