  1. Phiiill! Not good man... really hope you can sort it out... As you said - you were hammered... you both know that drink severely screws up your judgement! I don't think it would be sensible to put all the 'blame' on being drunk, but I'm sure Chelsie's done silly things in the past when drunk too? In any case, I reckon honesty is the best policy... It kinda sucks that you told a lie at first (while still drunk I'm guessing?) cos I know you're a straight up guy and you're nuts about her... I think you need to have a good chat and be totally honest about it all, slight 'bending of truths' and 'white lies' always come round to bite you in the arse in the end..! Good luck and shout me on MSN if you wanna chat
  2. Will see what I can wort out for you tomorrow Mark... ours are only accurate to 1g though... If I can find a few I'll weigh them and then divide
  3. *chortle* (gotta love the Beano!). Will probably download when it speeds up...
  4. Good stuff, liked all the gap variations! Snow riding rules...!
  5. Yeah man... they come separate from the frame so the rider can put them wherever As for red bits... yep - its cool how even the tyre logos and the small stuff you mentioned are in red too!
  6. I like the seat :$ Reminds me of my old Zebdi! Ads
  7. They are/were pre-production Trialtech ones (thanks Dave!)... they are available to buy now DOB's already gone, sorry!
  8. Well designed questionnare As Ogre said, the results would be interesting! Ads
  9. Would have dropped about 60g... which I have done with the Try-All forks anyway (they are the same weight as the DOBs) Haha, not quite like that... as I said at the start of the thread, I wanted either an XTP or Hoesel anyway, the DOB was a geo tester. Oh and it does indeed ride minta
  10. Gotta head up to grab some stuff from Lancaster so might pop over to Morecambe for a bit if the weather is decent... could be there for, say 7?
  11. Haha... its a toss up between the old old ZOO pads (smell like wetsuits) and these new Plaz... they have quite a sweet smell
  12. Hehe, sweet, looks like they sum up the weekend nicely Lookin forward to the vid
  13. Erm... Wednesday -> http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....howtopic=117579
  14. Haha, brake pads... yes. You can often tell what type of material it is from the smell
  15. Love that one, beast Haha, it looks like I'm hopping from the grass not the rock! Cheers Tim!
  16. Start laughing at me then
  17. They ain't cheap... but really nice quality! To give you an idea, a set of 4 M6x25s (hub axle bolt clamp size) are: £23 for natural finish, £25 for gold and £32 for rainbow...
  18. Good stuff Ben... now get yourself a flash and they will all come alive!
  19. They actually feel and smell different... Stan's gonna stick some on his bike to try
  20. The KMC K810, the 3/32" version, is the one I think you're on about... doesn't shift all that well, but does shift, and a lot stronger than normal chains!
  21. I did A-Levels in 6th form (I was in the last year before it changed to AS and A Levels), then a degree in Sports Technology... If you're thinking of dropping out, I'd probably recommend having a look round to see what else available first - apprenticeship, job, etc. Free education, in my opinion, is one of the best things you can take - I know it's a cliche and it sounds cheesy but your school/college/uni years really are the best.
  22. Mate that was awesome... your riding has progressed so much since the last vid - new techniques, your style, more power... very very impressed How are you liking the new frame?
  23. Yeah, true, however the clips wear out over time and get loose... Anyway, I wouldn't even use one, with a good chain tool/correct installation joining the chain normally is best in my experience I've never broken a chain where the links have pulled apart.
  24. The prob is when you kick though... sooo much more load on the chain when you gap than there is when you set it up. Ah cool, which chain was that? There's a lot of chains that claim really strong split links but I've broken them all Too many pies maybe? Yeah, that should be the case... the clip can still pop off though!
