What, like Cannondales? Nah, the smoothed weld thing is plenty strong enough, they actually weld three times, it's stronger than a normal weld (but quite a lot heavier per frame).

Why? Closer together = more triangulation = 'stronger' build. 110% never.

The weights are with full length steel steerer (300mm on the disc fork), you can take at least 100g off those weights. Exactly, I think it's just been lost in translation. It's not designed as a booster, it's for dissipating the stress that usually occurs at the top of the 4-Bolt mounts.

I once calculated that if I had to ask every rider within 30 mins of here if they wanted to ride, I would be making about 25 phone calls... Much better/easier to give the stuff away/sell it to a local rider than get pics, pay Paypal fees and delivery charges!
