    Why Me?

Oh yeah, and that too... could be clicky pads!

    Why Me?

Very unlikely the forks are broken, check your headset
  4. Those geos are still 'to be confirmed' (as stated on the site), I haven't had chance to stick a headset and set of forks in one and measure up just yet But it does look pretty close to the geo stated by Echo.
  5. Guess who won? http://www.bikebiz.com/news/29811/BikeBiz-Awards-The-Winners Ah well, maybe next year!
  6. You need to factor in things like head tube length and BB rise, but 1 degree head angle difference = 10mm reach difference if everything else is the same. Python looks good, decent geo, woo!

    New Echo Stuff

Aye, just loads of pics and descriptions to do now.... joyful!
  10. There is a lot of grease in there when it is new for a reason - by using the freewheel, the grease is pushed out of the areas where there is too much, leaving the correct amount in place... meaning the freewheel will last longer than if you just rip all the grease out.
  11. We have been told by Try-All that they are the best performing pads they have ever made, but I would prefer that another forum user who has experienced the pads answers that for you Nathan There is a double walled undrilled 19" version available in 36h, but as far as I know there are no plans for a 26" model at the moment. If one was produced I very much doubt it would have non-round holes. Thanks Adam
  12. Haha, I suppose so, but if you know you aren't gonna make something, it doesn't make sense to me to just smash into it anyway and break your bike.
  13. I guess it comes down to how much you let your bike smash into stuff. I (nearly) always know if I'm not going to make something, so instead of slamming my chainstay/dropout into the wall/rock/whatever, I put my foot down... thus not twatting the rotor.
  14. Wasn't there the same topic a bit ago with other ideas? Edit, here we go: http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....=123324&hl=

  16. The master Nah, but the bit about V brake cables was a bit daft man - it's just that they don't allow the pads to rock. I do agree that there is an optimal stiffness to allow a human to get the best out of a brake, but if you apply the same force every time the brake will have more hold with a booster than without.
  17. Precisely, and this is why brakes with boosters have better hold. More force = more friction.
