  1. The BAMs were only brought out in 98 and had blue adjuster knobs :wink2:
  2. Depends on which forks you have... If it's 6mm thick then there's no problem.
  3. That's how the 09 models are manufactured, we have them in stock and they'll be on the site soon. Bike looks awesome Kevin!!
  4. Forks are 97s, 100mm travel, dual coil/oil, a full service would have them like new again. Bloody ace forks! The disc mount is a bit weird though, they were designed for a number 4 Hope caliper (nowadays they use 5 and 3), which you could only get in C2 and O2 I believe, but I see you have a brake there to go with them so I think they would sell pretty well for oldskool value!
  5. Answered your own question there dude :wink2: Once the cups are properly tightened in, the bearings/axle will seat themselves.
  6. I used to drill the square corner features out of plastic backings, that means you don't need to modify the pad material But, as Le said, the complete pad is well worth having.
  7. Ali's got one on, been great so far. Will stick one on my bike too when I get chance.
  8. I'm not sure they would work so well on a trials bike... The resolution of a notched snail cam is usually around 0.3mm and even going from one click to the next can make a difference between a totally loose and too tight chain. I guess with BMX it doesn't matter as much, but with trials you would need such a huge range of different sizes.
  9. Which caliper # do you have currently? Or which fork?
  10. The design is sensible, gussets in all the right places, good quality, plenty of weld areas, not much CNC so the tubes are quite thick... A local rider has one and he really likes it!
  11. Well they aren't gonna say 'we're rubbish, don't order from us'
  12. Extra info: The production frame will come with horizontal dropouts, the same as those on the Hydroxx 2, both sides without disc mount. Adam
  13. Cheers Mike, couldn't have put it better myself
  14. Just take the ring off and it will work great
  15. http://tartybikes.co.uk/media-wallpapers.h...d=23&ypos=0
  16. Close enough? http://tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?produc...;category_id=41 Bike looks good apart from dirty front brake
  17. Pretty good on both frames, obviously not as stiff as a frame with a built in booster plate (which cost a lot more) though.
  18. We've not built a Because yet but they seem pretty good value for money. Quality is decent, geometry good, weight and design are both sensible. The Blade is also a good frame, again with sensible design and very light for the cash!
  19. Not sure if you got my email... Hey Matt, Looks like the BB has floated through the frame a good 5-6mm which is what's caused that... You should be able to get that cup off with a Park HCW-5: http://images.google.co.uk/images?hl=en&am...G=Search+images - most LBS will have one Cheers Adam
  20. using the same dropouts, chain tensioner and rear hub as the 26" model.
  21. I would check your monitor settings, all the pictures' histograms are pretty much spot on.
