  1. The stem is what makes the bike IMO, with a 'normal' height bar and stem it just feels like a pogo stick, great for sidehops but not much else... Everyone has different preferred setups though. No worries, glad you like it! Yeah I love the stem, although I am weird when it comes to bar/stem setups and always seem to have them higher than anyone else.
  2. Can be sorted out with GT-85 really easily with the freewheel on your bike
  3. http://tartybikes.blogspot.com/2009/10/ano...ew-bike_28.html Stem... I like it high, some might not!
  4. Hello all, Had my ZOO! Lynx Long frame for a few rides but found I couldn't bunny hop it very well and ended up with shoulder pain... so Mark stole it, haha, and here's my new beast. I've found the BB rise and short chainstay makes it fine for bunnyhopping, but the extra length/room over a 'short' mod is nice. Geo: 1025, 350, 610 reach, +80 BB (with Try-All fork). Bike weight: 8.08kg, frame 1.45kg. Hope you like! Ads

  12. It applies worldwide, but the item has to be stock and as JT said, postage is included.
  13. Speedy building there, looks sweet! Mine's a hair over 1020 with Try-All forks... I think Duncan's will be 1025.
  14. Yeah, really doesn't look like a star nut... are they V!Z/Trialtech forks?
  15. Any chance of a pic? Doesn't sound like a star nut...
  16. They are made of pretty 'hard' steel, which means they are brittle - so if you give it some grief with a hammer and a screwdriver (tech) it will fall to bits and drop out
  17. Nope, not at all, it's the length and axle offset that determine the ride characteristics.
  18. One just turned up in our latest order, and Ali always wears old man clothes so we gave it to him
  19. Bit of dirty self-promotion, may be of interest? http://tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?product_id=10994 If not, the Hi Rollers are great tyres
  20. And better than the Dicta freewheel it comes from YaaBaa with (we upgrade the freewheels here ourselves).
  21. Half-arsed couple of photos up from Matlock, and inside Ali's car...
  22. Not quite to that extent, but one of the selling points of the 2XU stuff is the way it wraps around muscles meaning reduced muscle vibration (when you're pushing it and feel yourself shake, resulting in less muscle damage), and better support for your muscles. Like I said, plenty of info in those links so if you want to learn more, go there
  23. Sounds like M12 is definitely right for you
  24. http://tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?produc...;category_id=66 - Fits Onza Limey and Limey 2, Onza T-Raptor, Zona Zenith, Simtra ST-1 plus others (please enquire if unsure).
