  5. There's no option for 'I change frames more than my underpants'
  6. Haha, nice Small update this morning: Gav arriving at work
  7. Strangely, those are the same pads (apart from the colour, of course, which does make a little difference to performance but not a lot, especially on a smooth rim). As above, it's because the pads aren't set up perfectly any more - plus, you've probably got ming from your hands on the rim. Give it a good clean and let it bed in again

They do, I wanted them on this build but... over-ruled
  9. That's just the actual weight of a build with pretty light parts (rather than TF weight )

Set it up pretty streety, 18:13 gear ratio and huge semi-slicks make it FAST! Tensioning system is awesome too (). Cheers Adam
  11. Already gone so can't weigh it now, sorry, but probably around 9.2-9.4kg I think.
  12. Hi guys, Built this up today, got an Orange one to do as well... Hope you like! Cheers Adam
  13. Nothing, who on earth has time to read on the loo?!
  14. Quite possibly, won't be til mid-late Jan though (when we have time).
  15. Well we're gonna try them frame only (and fork/headset separately), since we think most people would prefer to buy just a frame rather than 'having' to buy a fork and headset as well (which they probably already have)? Feedback welcome!
  16. This is the sort of thing that happens when Gav 'goes cold turkey', scary: (More silly photos on the blog)
  17. None that I know of, with the bracing bar.
  18. Exactly, bad pictures = not good! Don't forget the price of the bikes/frames, these aren't meant to compete with Inspired/Echo etc
  19. It does work. If you lace the wheel on the disc side with all 'heads out' that gives enough clearance.
  20. Nah, just lace it correctly 'Red' spoke should be in 'blue' position (and then all the spokes on that side of the hub need to go round the rim the same distance). Easiest way is to re-lace....
  21. Means you've laced it wrong... One side of spokes is one hole 'out' in relation to the other side. Check the lacing again, right from the first spoke. Usually easier to strip it and start again
