  1. ... even that batch of a few hundred was completely fine, apart from two sets. One was Matt Burrows and one was Ben Slinger, both broke where the brake lever clamped to the bars (stress riser) if I remember correctly. Apart from those two I've never heard of another set bending or breaking, even the prototype sets which were 10% lighter than production!
  2. Inside --> Hub bearing - washer - cam - dropout - axle bolt washer <-- Outside http://tartybikes.co.uk/images/echotr/large_trrear116d2.jpg
  3. Maybe, but the BB is flat and riser bars will up the bar height a fair bit.
  4. I would bang a set of riser bars on there and keep it 'as is' dude, rear disc will be pricey and probably break the frame quickly.
  5. You should get some white rims Rob
  6. Loving the Monty, very oldskool! Shame about the Echo - however, if you get a higher rise stem on there the bike will feel COMPLETELY different, something like 110 x 35 degrees ish and I think you'll enjoy it a lot more...
  7. How much clearance do you have on the left John? Probably worth sticking a slim spacer between the drive side BB cup and the frame. Second best would be removing a bit of material from the back of the crank arm if you are confident with that.
  8. Your mum? (If that's totally out of order please tell me to piss off, but we have a lot of 'your mum' jokes going on here at the moment... haha)
  9. No worries, was hidden a bit! Hope it's of use to you...

  11. Sounds like: BB loose in frame Crank loose on BB Pedal loose into crank If you disassemble then re-assemble that should sort it
  12. Joe, we need the upskirt photos of Danny!
  13. Yep, same compound. The difference in wear is down to tread pattern.

    Koxx Days

That's the funniest thing I've read all day
  15. Cheers, already sent to Rockman If you wanna remove them from your post that would probably help in trying to get you something sorted....
  16. Any way you like is fine - paint, photoshop, corel draw, cow's blood, orange juice... Any pic at all as long as it fills the brief You don't even have to start with a photo and copy it (in fact it will probably give a better result if you don't). Yep - ANY way you like! Oh, and multiple entries is ok too, but you can only win one set of brakes per person.
  17. Best to email them over please dude, I need to send them to Rockman...

    Koxx Days

Hello all, Just checking out who's off to Koxx Days this year? Cheers! Adam
  19. Looks good Toby! Those marks wound really weird, if you can get us some photos we'll send them to Rockman and see if we can get you some money off? You can grind the heads down a bit n the snail cam bolts, that will do the trick nicely The reason they hit is because the Try-All hub is so wide...
  20. Should be available separately if I've got my way
  21. Had a big discussion about this in the thread, would like to make it happen...
  22. I've always thought: T4 RTY (on one van) and B1 KES (on another van) would be cool B311 END is probably more appropriate if you have a private plate though! (No offence dude, they just aren't my thing...)
