  1. The Unicycle stuff is completely different to the MTB stuff. The company who make their ISIS trials bike BBs are one of the biggest and best bottom bracket manufacturers in Taiwan, they are 100% within spec. Agreed about the ISIS unicycle BBs though, they weren't 100% ISIS compatible.

    Shorts!

Shameful self-promotion: Get some TartyBikes Shorts (Out tomorrow)
  3. Oof - sending stuff to Russia can be tricky. Try www.interparcel.com but make sure you read up on customs rules for Russia first and follow ALL the steps required or it will come back to you.
  4. 1. Will be no problem 2. Also will be no problem, as said above, it's a bad idea on a wheel that suffers torque, but non disc front wheels are fine
  5. I think the frame came in on 11th May. PS: I'm not sure this thread will improve your chances of the frame being warrantied!
  6. We hadn't heard anything until this morning, but the frame needs to go back to Singapore for inspection. Here is the tracking info: http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?tracknumbers=798699748048&cntry_code=ug&clienttype=ivother& I'll cross you off the list of 'people to call this afternoon' Which forks were they? It's possible you did get a call but weren't around to take it. Let me know and I'll check for you Edit: Was it White, Neon Disc Only 20" forks? If so, we spoke extensively with your dad about those.

    Headsets

Slag! Got 4 on 4 different bikes, been awesome on each and every one.
  8. Nah, it just happens sometimes since the tyres are hand made.
  9. Was a good day - thanks to all who came and a huge thanks also to the organisers! Here's a few photos: Joe - feel free to use any of them for event promo/whatever
  10. They're both the same bike, just with the addition of some Halfords Matt Black spray paint The 26" Inspired is a sort of variant of the Fourplay, so I wouldn't expect to see a 20" model from them any time soon.
  11. More photos... Some stuff will be moved back in tomorrow to prevent it being stolen/burnt overnight! See you tomorrow
  12. Just been down to have a gander, looking good! Still to add: - Another car - Approx 15 loose sleepers which can be moved around to make stuff bigger/smaller/create gaps etc - Skip will be flipped over, one end on a sleeper hopefully to make a big end and a small end - Pallet stacks (hopefully a 4, 5, 6, and a 7) - 2 more cable reels plus another one that's bigger than the other two you see in the photos - Re-building of the big balance line (Click to see) - Hopefully a few pallet 'triangles' - The flat bed trailer will also be present and the sides can be put up or down as required. Joe will be on site from 6am tomorrow as well to help fix/mend/rebuild/change stuff as required. The forklift will be staying to move big stuff as well Gonna nip back after work and grab some more quick photos so you can see the extra progress tonight Weather is looking awesome for tomorrow and half the stuff is in shade so it should be good. Cheers Adam
  13. Sounds pretty normal, certainly wouldn't affect braking performance anyway.
  14. Lockring is normal thread I think!
  15. More info here: http://tartybikes.co.uk/media.php?group=guides&id=8
  16. Sounds like some grit in there possibly. They are pretty easy to service as long as you are careful, just open it up inside a bucket or tray There's a 'gap' in the bearings to allow the freewheel to rotate without binding, but you could *maybe* put one extra in each side to reduce the rattling. The other way would be soak/blast it as has been said above, then dribble some gloopy chain lube into the bearings, that should stick them into place like grease.
  17. The first few rides are the most important as stuff beds in! The chain tugs on the Onza bikes are fine, they are not designed to take any force at all - as long as you keep the axle nuts tight and don't land on them, they will last forever.
  18. Not come across this issue before, but as has been said, you should be fine with a sprocket that has it's teeth in the centre. Just added that info to our website, thanks for the feedback. I'll also set up a refund for the delivery to your card Nick, sorry for the problem, we should have noticed that! Adam
  19. Exactly If you do want some extra thread in there just let us know, we have the tap as you said before.
  20. Nice frames, but not really any better than the Heavy Tools you have
  21. Nah, but more people going means it costs us less to run haha. Pretty sure we won't reach a 'break even' point (around 400 people off the top of my head), but if we did any profits would go to the charity.
  22. Good man Thanks to those who have pre-registered so far Matt has informed me that a couple of bands and Welsh Cycling would like to get involved next year if the event is a success this time, which would be pretty cool!
  23. If you want some tyres on the cheap Tom just let me know Pretty sure we have what you're after in stock too.
