Tensile or HS are stiffest out of those three. Such a stiff booster isn't really required though, IMO. You can easily double the weight and only add 20% stiffness, for example. Out of the three I would use the Trialtech.

Depends how well they are designed, and how the carbon is laid up. Ones cut from a sheet will always be useless (unless they are super thick/really heavy) because the fibres are in completely the wrong orientation.

I always found that 99% of Inspired owners had the bars too low, or with too long a stem. You'll need some high rise bars (like the Trialtech ones), an 80-90mm stem with a good 20degree rise and a spacer or two. Not so much the same for the later frames with lower BB though.

Had various cranks on various mods, right through from 158 Montys ro 175 Try-Alls. Currently got the Try-Alls on and wouldn't hesitate to put 175s on any subsequent bike!

I don't think they are, since not enough people would pay ~£60 for one to make it viable...

We literally have only been told 'there will be some new frames soon' and some current ones have disappeared from the price list - that's it.

Because it's a NIGHTMARE for stock Urban rims are discontinued; SL now only available in Black, White, Silver; TR rims are now the only ones in loads of colours.

That's what it'll be yeah, thanks Mark! Regarding the delivery options, 1st Class is available for items under the size limit and up to 2kg (see photo below). Once you go over the size limit (forks, 26" rims, etc) or over 2kg then we have to use a courier. Most apply a £25+vat surcharge for islands. We can sometimes use Royal Mail standard parcels which would be ~£10, but can only send those if I go to the Post Office on a Saturday morning, and there is no tracking available.

It's a manufacturer specific bearing unfortunately... As said, the Try-All ones are the same. I *think* (from memory) one of the larger sizes is a .5 too.

So it looks cool (depending on your taste, of course).

It's Ti-N coated (Titanium Nitride) - the same stuff they use on parts that are designed to have good wear resistance... ie. be very slippery! I know someone who had one and it just refused to work unfortunately.

For batch production, there's no way they wouldn't use a jig, it would be way too slow. The weld distorts in cooling and heat treating, which could throw mounts off a little theoretically.

I think the BB is much higher on the Hex than all decent jump frames...
