  1. I believe they have a 22T setup in the pipeline
  2. If a T10 has rounded out though, the bolt must be pretty damn tight (or siezed), therefore a screwdriver isn't gonna get the bolt out. If you drill the head off, this will release the pressure on the threads, and whatever is left you can get out with a pair of pliers (or by hand). Using a hacksaw won't really help, and it's almost impossible not to nick the top cap with the blade in the process.
  3. As with most companies, communication with Atomz is relatively poor - we generally have no idea what's going on until its on their blog/FaceBook/Tribalzine. It looks like standard Atomz FW to me. As Mark said, it will be expensive separately - most manufacturers don't understand or cater for the UK market where we prefer to buy bits rather than a complete bike each 'season', they use the pimp bits to make the complete bikes look like good value.
  4. They are under the lacquer. Thanks, Adam
  5. And buy their own tooling so nobody else can use it.
  6. The Sapim Polyax ones are brass, much stronger than all alloy nipples.
  7. Well the first one was the Hoody on the Kenny Belay background. 2nd one: T-Shirt is in the additional information for Trialtech Foam Grips (our most popular item at the time the comp went live, so a link to it was pretty easy to find if you used the new 'Popular Products' link on the homepage) 3rd one: Shorts are in the Q&A for shorts. 4th one: Shoe was on the 'Upload Profile Image' page.
  8. Yeh, a deeper grind always lasts longer - to the detriment of brake performance usually (depending on pads), from my experience.
  9. Hopefully before Xmas for the frames, bikes... early Jan I reckon.
  10. Thank you to all who entered, the winner has been chosen! It's Scott Griffiths from Cambridgeshire - congratulations

    26"forks

I think that may have been taken out of context - Darren cracked some 4-Bolt Trialtech forks at the brake mounts, so he wanted some forks that were stronger in that area. The Rockman ones have that huge booster welded on, so naturally they are stronger at that point. Overall I would say the Trialtechs are stronger, especially with the updated brake mounts.
  12. My guess would be something like: 'They don't know how good it is' Well in this case... New headtube, new dropouts, new tubing profiles, completely new bashplate mount system, new disc mount. So that's... nothing the same as the previous model!
  13. Nowhere else sells them that I know of (they aren't available as a spare part from Magura), and I very much doubt we can get any more for the foreseeable future, sorry.
  14. Same - just the weight of the grinder (not even that!) will give a nice sharp grind.

    26"forks

Checking your bike over every now and then is really helpful if you know you are hard on parts, stuff will ALWAYS crank before it breaks. Ryan - we've never had any 20" Trialtech forks returned, if you have broken some and they were purchased from us please send them back.
  16. Well, sharp and deep are exclusive of each other. It ends up deeper if you push harder, but good technique gives a sharp grind. http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/media/guides/maintenance_rim_grinding/m2.html If your disc is a bit 'dull', give it a rub on some concrete to freshen it up.
  17. 1. Why/how? 2. Fair point, however we all know that the Mono Trial is the best trials brake available. 3. You can do that with IS mount, and it;s more guesswork with post mount than with IS - at least with IS you KNOW how much you are adjusting the caliper by (the thickness of the shim used). 4. Nope, it's heavier 5. That's bad, it means we now have two different types of brake mount in trials. As soon as any adaptors are required customers get confused as it is, this makes it even worse!
  18. Anything that's in the grinder, it's about technique mainly.
  19. I have no idea why they went to post mount, some people prefer it I guess. Headset type is just internal I think, but hard to tell anything from those photos and details are still sketchy. We'll know when they arrive (hopefully before Xmas for the frames).
  20. 20" - £1749, 26" - £1599. Both come with single wall rims, Stiky light tyres, single caged pedals, 3D forged stems, etc. 26" dual HS33, 20" dual Hope disc.
  21. Nope, they are both photos of final production frames.
  22. No typo - hence the reason I think they will be more popular as complete bikes...
  23. Pretty sure DOB did that bash design a while ago. The frames in the UK will be £699 I think. I reckon they'll be more popular as complete bikes given the 116mm hub on the 26" and post mount brake on the 20", but we'll be getting some separate frames in to inspect anyway Oh and the mod is 1000, +90, 350.
