  1. Sheeeeeett... Hope you're ok? What happened?
  2. Haha. Yeah I guess too much choice can be a bad thing!
  3. I getcha Strange you'd go for orange though, when any of the other colours would make the bike look less 'off the shelf'.
  4. Sweet, nice one - did the orange bits come with the frame or were they extra?
  5. Looks nice! Really getting tempted by a 24" trialsy bike now. Where'd you get the rear rim and forks? Did the frame come with the orange axle washers and crank bolts too? They are a nice touch
  6. 16T on the back are fine; it's a cheap, solid, reliable, high-engagement setup.
  7. That would be ace - nice one! You can take the hairdresser mobile out too, if you can fit in, lol.
  8. Aye, I am definitely willing to be proven wrong though! (Bessell )
  9. How are cars like that to drive (Evos, Imprezas, etc)? I have always imagined them to be very 'efficient' at getting from A to B, but not very engaging or rewarding.
  10. No. But you could make something to do the same job by spacing out the drive ring. Not that it would be recommended. Yep, but nobody seems to do that correctly...!
  11. Haha, I know. I'm not too precious about these things. If it'll get through another MOT then that'll do me. Even if it turns to rust after that, I won't have lost anything if I break it, and will have got 18 months of fun out of it! Or I can drop all the running gear into some sort of MX-5 based kit chassis.
  12. Looks awesome! Cheap, light, simple, 'kick the shit out of them and don't care about it' cars are the best! So I bought another :$ Completely standard Mk1 Eunos Roadster, no rust on the shell, really tidy inside, 60k miles, full MOT, 6 months tax, almost new tyres, loads of history, cheap insurance as it's a classic (less than £200 fully comp)... just waiting for the snow now
  13. I can imagine X-Factor man saying that. Are you sure you don't work in marketing?
  14. Yep, all over my discs!
  15. Cool - try sanding the anodising off the top of the steerer, with an anodised stem and forks it can be pretty slippery.
  16. Steerer hitting against top cap?
  17. It's massive too (not the bit for the competition), about the size of 3 or 4 house bricks... I must have had it stashed away for about 10 years
  18. 5% off all Inspired stuff today... that's a decent saving on, say, a frame or a bike. Everyone needs to buy one
  19. Have you got an MX-5 too? I just don't lock my door, that helps. Although I usually have to pour hot water all round the seal to get the door open
  20. Shifter looks awesome Prawn! Nice little project S2000 looks mega! Engine = want...
  21. Yawn That was quality in every sense - enjoyed!
  22. Manufacturers could make one, but nobody would buy it (cost).
