'Timeline': First minute or so: Going sideways 1:12 onwards: Some nearly dry laps, but tyres refused to get any heat in them. 6:05 onwards: Gradually wetter conditions, snow at the end. 12:07 onwards: Chap from MX5 Nutz forum in the passenger seat, I managed to drive through a huge puddle and soak him Sound is crap cos the mic was getting soaked so I had to take it out of the car!

Track day was wet and cold...

Is there any point in doing that? Since I am guessing it runs out of puff about 6.5k anyway, so raising the rev limit isn't going to do much? Or are you planning a lot of other upgrades at the same time? Or am I being retarded?

Yeah, they are one of those 'what if' things... But, you can just tackle it in a logical way and you ALWAYS turn the engine over by hand anyway, so if anything is wrong you'll find out

But your A3 is the fastest and best car in the world, so you don't need 2 cars. It is the exception to the rule!

So, Mallory Park is apparently under thread from residents complaining about noise. The tracks been there nearly 60 years and has recently been squeezed in terms of active days allowed and noise limit, to the point where it's struggling to make any money... Yeah, it's pretty amazing. I did a bit of playing with CF and I was too impatient in making the tooling - lesson learned! Haha, yeah I saw gonna say, the ones in the second post look a lot more purposeful Tempted to have a go for my car as it suffers pretty horrible lift above about 110mph.
