You have to land at an angle, else you'll kill the rims and pull the tyre off as you've found out.

I think he's been working on it 'out of the spotlight' for a while.These are made in Spain and Abel tells us he's 3 hours from the factory, so can go and keep an eye on things, must be easier than getting them made in the Far East. The price kinda reflects that though... Why's that? IMO it's better as it won't score the cylinder bore, which is the expensive bit.
