id say just practice loads and develop the technique that feels best for you, its not always good to try and do it like other people do sometimes. i used to get 45 everytime but now i strugle to hit that all because i didnt ride for a few months just get some decent practice on the go and think positive when going for it.

i couldnt agree more, i find all these street videos tend to get a bit repetative, but most natural at this time of year is a bitch to ride and is almost imposible to make a good vid on!

drove past the scene yesterday, not good at all.... driver must have been going to fast or soemthing as well as ice! there wasnt even bad ice there and there is no vegetation so you could see the cyclists from miles away, rediculous the driver clearly was not driving safely in the conditions. thoughts go out to family
