Word to Joe's comment, I think people should stop slagging off uni trials, seeing as its pretty much the same thing most people on this forum is doing, its just a one wheel difference. Uni-ing is more linked to this forum than BMX for example, seeing as its trials riding and shares a lot of the same companies used for biketrials components: Tryall, onza, Koxx, and Monty for example. If some people still see it as 'clown activity', then they should watch more vids of better riders and that will change opinions. It's similar to how not-so-amazing riders like myself make uni trials and biketrials riding look pretty gay, whereas people like Ryan leech and Kris Holm can make their sports look awesome. It's great to see some people are genuinely intrigued by unicycling such as JT, but those of you who still think its gay should think about how gay bike riding may look to normal people. Some people may think "What are those big boys doing on gay little kids bikes doing wheelies and gay tricks, arent they a bit old for that?". Us trialsriders are laughed at by some BMXers, and it gets tiring and seriously annoying over a long time, so we might as well respect other peoples' sports. As soon as the clown image goes away, you'll see unicycling in a totally different light

Awesome video

The recent version was by far superior to eengoedidee and other stuff. Seemed really good, and its a shame for it to go down again

The rotten attitude's gotta be forced on when I'm speaking to you JT . But honestly though, I am only like that (ie arrogant, cocky, proud, dick) to you with my full intention because of the way we just have talked to eachother over the past 1and-a-half years. Like Mark says, don't judge someone until you meet them in person Quite a few people think Joe's cocky and arrogant, and I can see why, a bit on some posts he's made. But he's different in person, like f**k loads of people on the forum. I don't hold a real opinion on you JT, I'm still waiting to meet you in person on a ride before making a judgment on what you're actually like Judging by internet convos and stuff is so plain gaaayyy. You can't tell if their expression is bitter or not at times.

From what I learned in China, the Pure 06's have snapped headtubes off and 2 of the riders I rode with had Pures with crisp thin dented chainstays. Old Pures for the win

You make me crack up Jonathan, I don't see how that video of me before even caught your attention... you must either think that uni trials has tiny capabilities, or that I was even worse than in the video. Calum's got good balance on the skinny walls, that I respect

JT, you're sadly mistaken, I have had 21 of them hidden underground for 6 months already. and an Adamant A3 lodged in my bed springs for several weeks now. so nherrhhh. -
Thanks for the email JT.... Your so harsh to me , you love his riding, yet a congrats to me is really a thing of myth! Right, I'll have to get some proper footage of myself for just you JT. He's OK i guess... I suppose a typical bike rider might like it, but i can see some areas which need some tweaking! I'm not trying to criticize him, just... Some tips for you Calum: need improvement on the dropping technique which should be jumped forwards and pedalled out of smoothly, dropping sideways with a THUMP is a no no, unicycles arent like a trials bike when it comes to dropping, pedalling out forward is a must! Don't do so many correction hops like a pogostick, it actually makes lines harder! Otherwise, gaps are nice, mine are just a tad bigger on my uni. (shit I think my bike gappings smaller than uni now! ) And those skinny walls riding is pretty nice too. Rightyho, video time for me...

Yes there is a vid of him, which I painstakingly edited out of a DVD for you lovely people just search around in the vids subforum... Plus, even funnier, Zack's actually quit riding now and started hanging out with bad people. Isn't it more insulting that a CLOWN as above, can do natural riding faster than a lot of bike riders... I thought a mere human alone was insulting enough... but a clown! good one guys

Here We Go..........................................1st One In The Uk
Sponge replied to James Hart's topic in Bike Pictures
Actually my one is in my house in the UK... sitting on its own bored (since i cant be assed to bring it to Korea I got it sent to the UK with a friend going back before me). I'm in Korea right now, finishing my holiday, so technically mine was the first in the UK as well as me being the first UK person to have one which kinda counts? (oh I should win a bag of peanuts for this ) ... but I don't really care, its not like its sacred is it ? Just a chunk of aluminium that's gonna snap like any other to be honest, I'm not expecting mine to last forever, especially since hearing the horror stories and seeing a Zhi die in front of me in China But I guess I can't really say that since Chinese people are the ones snapping Zoo bars and Echo stems everday It'll be a Leeson once i'm done with my Zhi. Plus, old school Zhi stickers ***! no, i dont really care about that either. EDIT: forgot to add... nice frame, just like mine, but with strange stickers -
The first time I read this, I thought 'might not happen to me'... But it did, but at a much smaller cost. I went riding around my aunt and uncle's house in Seoul, just a few hours ago, was about to do a small dropgap, and me being a reckless idiot, didn't bother checking for things in the way, and my head hit the bottom of a roof-kinda thing. I fell down, luckily my tyre acted as a cusion to soften the dropping impact on my arse. I felt numb in the head for a second, thought it was a typical bump on a wall until my cousin came over and saw blood spilling all over my face on the right. Currently with stitches stapled in, and injections in the arse for 10 days everyday from now. yet another scar to my collection I won't be so foolish in future, and i now realise how much of difference a helmet would have made. i got away lucky, very lucky I used to wear a helmet all the time, everywhere without exception even practising on curbs and in the garden.. Just recently, I've stopped a bit which was silly. Now I need to find myself a helmet in korea to last the rest of my holiday. The Semi MX is back in my bedroom in england

Ooo, Profile cranks on a trials bike. I can never understand why people would want to use 48 splined cranks , when there's ISIS and 36 spline
-
Gorrrjeuuus Good to see you offering several finishes Dan. I love the black frame, polished one looks cool, the brushed one is meh. Fork wise... I'd still rather Viz.
-
Wow, a frame that isn't a CNC'd mess. Isn't it quite rare to find things like that nowadays?
-
Deng seems adamant on his decision. New era begins Looks like Profile hubs are gonna be sold out quite fast...

If you look on the translated Panpa.com, on same frames they have something like: "August 5" listing, and "August 20" listing... is that anything to do with release date or anything?
