right, just off the phone to a lbs, got him giving us some product to sell! so thats spare tubes and hangers covered! we have pallets organised, i might pop down to the bt centre today to get some reels.

yer i'll be trying to get a local bike shop to come with a small stall sell a few tubes, bring bleed kit and tools etc, would save people bringing their own. i was going to do a "every time you break a pallet you have to do a shot" i thought that'd be well funny and because i'm fat i'd end up rat arsed haha! i'l try blag as much as possible, we were going to have a small observers area and a kiddies sized section with a demo bike but we'd have to blag the demo bike, might have to get onto supercycles for a teevee or something . the hall usually is home to scouts and cubs so i expect they'll want to watch the jam for a bit, and if it leads to some new riders, then excellent

syle of bands will be varied, we can get anything from punk, ska, metal etc would really like some hip hop or something. we already organise the local metal gigs so i would have thought there will be a fair ammount of the bands that usually play at them playing. the boose will have to be bought from aldi or somerfeild and they're like 3 mins walk away so thats not a problem. there shouldnt be a limit on numbers. the hall is pretty big so the more people the better really! oh and parking i will have to get back to you on, but i'm pretty sure we can sort something.
