thats cos the more pressure you put on them the more they grip. i think. anyway, if i were you id put the bb bit in a vice and squeeeeeeeese it to death. then keep doing that untill it dies completley. try get the bearings out with a screwdriver and a hammer first.
the heatsink v backings and also the plaz crv backings, are slightley curved. i dont actually think that it makes a difference to preformance, just looks swish.
make sure you check length dude. also, dont follow manufactorors torque settings, put all your force into tightening untill you cant turn anymore. "mat" accepts no responsability for you shearing your bolts.
