My BMX was in my LBS and a few of my freinds decided to go in and steal my seat :- :lol:. They also convinced the guy behind the counter to tell me that it got lost. Max

I'd definately like to go into the computer feild but not so much the hardware puttin g them together type thing, more programming and web design/development. That's pretty much my dream as i've realised that being paid to ride (BMX or trials) isn't likely to happen (Y) . I also want to be freelance to give me more freedom. Max

Right my parents have just got their holiday house in orford back from renting so i'll be down their from friday night to monday. It's just an off chance but does anyone live around that area? I know theres a pretty big BMX scene so was planning on taking my BMX but if theres any trials riders down their i could easily be convinced otherwise smile.gif. Thanksvery much, Max. P.S. Updated a lil bit since then, rear odyssey dirt tyre, ACS freewheel, KMC gold chain and currently has no brakes! Hardcore! >_< I have a new linear slik cable ready to be fitted once my odyssey trigger lever arrives. Max

But wouldn't the council class things like that as "dangerous". Just a thought. Max

I think if you look around you might be ablo to get it for £180ish. That may be an 2003 version or something but it shouldn't make much difference. Max

i used to skate till i realised i was rubbish so decided to be rubbish at BMX and trials to :P. Had a zero 3skulls deck on grindking trucks, spitfire wheels, and the speed demon abec 5 clear shield bearings. I really liked that zero deck but i know quite a few people who didn't. Max

Go for it mate. Especially if there are any decent BMX trails near you. Dirt is soo fun! If there's not then get some freinds together and build some. I picked up my BMX for 250 and it's a top of the range thing worth way over a grand. Definately look at the second hand market. Max

Ok i've found a few of the Sony DCR-TRV 265e's that i'm watchin at the minute. Would you also reccomend these at all tankrider? It's not that i distrust you Smo i'd just prefer more than one opinion before i go and buy anything. :) Thanks, Max.

Ok sorry to keep going on but i've found This one Theres also a few other auctions exactly the same. Do you think it's dodgy buying a refurbished camera? Also, what did you mean about the cameras with memory cards? How much would one of these set me back? Thanks again, (very very much :-) Max

Hey sorry to post another one of these topics but i just don't really know what i'm buying and wondered if the Digital camcorders listed below are any good. I just want it for getting general trials and mainly BMX footage. First camera Rather not spend this much but might do if it really comes to it Better than camera 2? Just your opinions on those three please. Or if none of them are that good could someone find me a decent one here For less than £200 (may stretch that a bit but that's my main budget.)How many megapixles should i look for to take decent clear videos and what does all the "mini" and "micro "DV" thing mean? Yes it is easily possible and flash makes the actionscript a doddle. There's plenty of sites offering tutorials to make little flash games, google it! Max Edit- How about this for example: Flash baloon game tutorial! Or this: Flash MX game tutorial Those two should get you started nicely.

For £25 you can't really go wrong. Can you? :blink: But i guess it depends how much it would cost for all the postage. Max

Even using just mp3 then it would still have a bit more storage then an ipod mini while being smaller. :blink: Max
