i think it must had v mounts cos it had v's on it before with no adapters or anything? (Y) I dndn't know enough to even look back then lol, it has wholes now so i think they must have brazed something on, ill draw you diagram. Max. Edit: heres a picture of what i have now, the red bits are stuck to the frame and are the same colour (coincidence? (Y)) and are welded/brazed on. The metal block falls loose when the bolt holding the magie in is undone. The actuall brake is held betwwen the two curvy bits in the black space. Edit 2: emh im not really sure, maybe im no help...

Yer i've got a pair, i got them fitted by my local bike shop and they've worked perfectly (they're fitted to an oldish t-bird). I don't really know much about them because the shop just said these won't fit you need some braze on mounts so they ordedered and fitted them for me. i swear they don't look like that though, ill get a pic soon. Well my sister got the three A's she wanted, and a merit in Latin extension! :o A bit much for me to live up to in a few years time methinks! :)  She's going to Bristol uni so that's all good for me, good riding there. :( Good luck again everyone, Max.

Not too sure on the trials situation but BMXwise it's brilliant if you're partial to a bit of dirt. Woburn sands very near, if you ride any dirt you'll probably of heard of it, if not just google it, amazing place. Mk also has a BMX race track which looks fun to mess around on. I've also heard the streets amazing by many people but from the comments above i guess not. As others have said though there's easy london access. :- Max

I'm also trying to do the same thing. Is something like this what you mean? If not could you get a link to somewhere for us? :"> Thanks very much, Max.

Hasn't anyone got any comments? :) And if you do take a visit could you please go to the projects page and sign the online petition for me? It's to get land for MTB/BMX trails. Bit of a bump (Y)". Max

Hey i've just finished designing and uploading a new website just to showcase the media and stuff of the little group of people i ride with in and around Watford. More content, pictures and videos will be uplaoded asap but i just thought i'd show you anyway as it's my first attempt at a (halfish) decent website. Please check it out and if anyone wants to arrange a link swap just PM me. The address is www.watfordriders.co.uk. Thanks very much, Max.

Hey i've had this problem for a few days now and although my speakers are connected nicely and on fine no sound comes out of them from my PC. Nothing plays when i put a music track on and none of the usual system sounds area playing. I've run through all the microsoft troubleshooting stuff but none of it's helped me. Any ideas what i can do? Help me hit squad! Thanks, Max.

Ok thanks for all your help so far people. Would this sort my problem i've been told it would but i'm not really sure what it does or how it attaches etc. Any clues? Thanks again, Max.

Yer i was thinking of trying that but it seems a bit hit or miss, i'll probably try and borrow a freinds 24" wheel to test it sometime. Isn's there any mount conversion things or other methods though? Cheers, Max.

Hey i have a 26" designed frame but am looking at getting 24" wheels. Seeing as i still want to run V's/hs33's is there anything i coud use or buy to adapt the 26" brake mounts to 24" brake mounts? I can't seem to find anything but surely there must be something? :turned: Thanks for any help, Max.

I've just solved the same problem! 'River fast video cleaner'. Search it on google and there's a free download in the first page or something, it does it fine for me and the quality still seems the same, quick aswell, PM me if you still cant find it. Max

Ahem, someone is! :D Actually, was he even a physicist? Ah well he was a stupidly clever scientist :P. Max

There incredible slow in my experience but i have always received the stuff in the end. A mate of mine had to wait just under 3 weeks for his frame (which was in stock) and i had to wait 3 weeks for my freewheel, it wasn't in stock but they said it would be there in about 9 days. Just keep emailing them asking where it is because when i emailed them after almost 3 weeks they said we're just sending it now and it arrived the next day. :- Max.

Hey i'm from Watford, I ride a Mod and i'm 14 but i'd be well up for a ride around watford. I'm pretty new to trials aswell so maybe we could learn abit from each other (probably more likely me from you :">). Max -
Nah that's what i was thinking a minute ago. Can you get them? I'll try some of the other ideas but i don't really have access to welding thingamibobs and suchlikes. No idea how the bolt got rounded, it's a second hand bike and this is the first time i've needed to take the chainring bolt off. Thanks for all your help, Max.
-
Sorry i haven't a clue what one of them is so i doubt i'll have one. I searched but can't really seem to find anything specific enough to help me, was waiting for someone to say that though :-. Thanks for any help, Max.

Hey the chainring bolt (i think thats the name? It bolts the chainring to the cranks arm) on my BMX is an allenkey bolt and has rounded off so that a 5mm allen key slips around but a 6mm still won't quite fit, i need to get it off to fit my new sprocket but i don't have a clue how? Is there any methods of getting it off and if the method involves destorying the bolt where would i go to get hold of a new one? Thanks very much, Max.
-
Ok i don't really wanna order from America so i'm very interested in buying yours, i've PM'd you . Thanks very much for starting this Michael, great help, i just posted on BMX forum because it was a BMX hardware type thing. Thanks again, Max.
-
Yes just the man there the exact cranks i'm trying to run it with (sorry to steal your thread Michael (Y) ). Where did you get it from, how much and do you still have it? If so would you be willing to sell it by any chance? Thanks very much, Max.
-
O right so i'd then have to buy a chainring on top of that? There's a profile thing that does the same kinda thing and it's only £20 but i was just wondering if there's an actuall sprocket on it's own that would do the job. Thanks anyway, max.
