A hammer and wood is fine, i've never messed up a frame like that. Now i use a rod with threads on, two massive washers, and bolts to tighten the washers to the cups as said above. All stuff i've found in the garage and it works for me. I find with a hammer and wood it's ok but hard to get it started. Max

Here There we go, the bottom right product on that page. Max

Hi i have recently put a new video on our website and updated the site. Just go to media then videos for the video, the trailor and rogers edit are the most recent. Also could people go onto the projects page and please sensibly sign our petition to get trails in our area? And feel free to check out the rest of the site! Watford Riders Thanks very much, criticism always welcome! Max

It can be done! But would you really want to? The U brakes on my BMX (Odyssey evolvers, chrome rim, linear slik cable and plazmatic V Fly pads) lock as well as anything. They admitadely don't have the grabiness of hs33's but that's not too much of a worry in bmx, you want modulation for manuals anyway. Also on a bmx wouldn't the crossovers/general hoses of hs33's just be too flimsy? But yeah to answer your question, new pads (i reccomend V-Flys but whatever), clean your rims, get a new cable (i reccomend a linear slik, your LBS may have one) and stuff it full with lube. Then you should be sorted. O and not too much spring tension. Max

I have watched this on Bongo's reccomendation and thought it was amazing! Gets you thinking and was just good to watch, what an evil kid though! Max

In no real order... The original Matrix The green mile (made me cry ) Leon Triple X King Kong was good but too long I'm half way through watchin The butterfly effect right now and so far it's awesome! Blade was quite good The first BOurne Identity Saving Private Ryan That film where a train gets hijacked with an ex army warrior type thing (he's now a chef) on it an he busts out an has a massive cool knife fight. The other films with that charcater in aswell, i can't remember the name. Yer and that's about it, i'm sure there's more but o well.

Do you know that one side is opposite thread so you have to turn it the other way? I can't remember which side exactly but i'm sure someone else will varify, don't do anything else untill you know which one to turn opposite! Otherwise you will overtighten it and it will be a bitch to get out. Max

Hey all, I'm looking for the website where you type in an artist or song and it creates a radio station type thing where it jus' streams tonsa songs like it. I don;t know if anyone remembers it but it was amazing and now i cant find it anywhere? Would anyone be so kind as to help? Max

Hahah awesome!!! All the effects had me in stitches, espeacially the 'Place your advert here'. A nice vid with good riding and a light feel to it, loved it. Max

Ok just go with one of the free hosting solutions above (i don't know much about that because i just use my dad's hosting which has unlimited space etc.) then just go on www.ukreg.com and buy a .co.uk domain, i will only cost you £2.95 for 2 years or something like that so i'm sure you can afford it, you won't really get a free .co.uk address. If you do that PM me and i'll tell you how to set it up so that the address actually takes you to your website. Max

Right i'm not sure i a direct link will work so just do this. 1) Go on OTN and then on the left hand side click videos. It will ask you to sign in so either do that or if you're not a member create account and then click videos and sign in. 2) Then go to the 'videos from TRA' section, its the 10th down. There it lists all his videos so find 'TRA England 2'. 3) Right click on the link and click 'Save Link As' or if you're on IE then 'Save Link As'. Then it will start downloading, have fun! I'm downloading now by the way, i'll edit when i'm done. Max

When you actually put it into your basket on that site it then says it costs £625. Wonder which price it actually is? Max

What Would Be The First Thing You Would Do....
Max Quinn replied to Kerrie-Anne's topic in Chit Chat
Cheque maybe? Meh i dunno.... O yeah and it wouldn't be the first thing but if i really had alot paying for trials shack to go back online would be rather cool. Max -

Put it all in the bank. Then i think i would buy my mum and dad a nice house in the country to retire to. Max -
Well i'll be 25 and hopefully doing freelance web design. So i can decide my own hours and work when and where i like. Ideally i would like to earn enough in the winter to doss in the summer but i doubt that. In reality i'll probably be working for Simon. Max

Me and a mate did this the other day and came up with the funniest hybrid ever! I'll get pics soon but its basicallt a t-bird frame, random rear wheel, random BMX front wheel, odyssey bmx forks, GT bmx stem, macneil BMX bars, random crankset (trials gearing) and then all the othewr random bits. It's brakeless at the minute but we'll probably be sorting brakes out for it soon. Also to add to the comical effect the bars have been sprayed red, forks have been sprayed green in places and orange in others an then basically just used as test forks for spraying, touch up pens etc. It's soo wierd to ride, we took it down the skatepark and the front end is a heavy BMX front end while the back end is a trials back end. Yep I have a pair so when my current pads wear out i may try them again to see fo' sure. Max
-
Hhhhmmm maybe it's just me but with exactly the same setup just bamming some heatsinks on they nearly threw me off the front.....and this is a back brake! With the 1x4's you could push them and they would slip. Meh... Max
-
The odyssey 1x4's are the ones that come stock with the evolvers yeah? I didn't think they were up to much on my chrome rim to be honest. Max
-
BMXers who have never been trials riders tend to use rubbish pads though i've found. I tried the heatsink honigs in V, were real nice but not really as much modulation as i would have wanted and did funny things to my chrome, you're running black rims though so could try them if you want an instant lock. I'm now using V Fly's and although there's not quite as much lock as the heatsinks i prefer them so far. Max

Nah that't what poundlands for!

Yer tht looked really good, i liked it. As other people have said though the start wasn't as good as the rewst of the vid and it looked to me like most of the changes between angles were out of time with the music in that section? Not sure if that was on purpose or not... Overall nice one though i liked it, Max.

Most likely yes, make sure you know what type of bb you have, if it is square taper or isis and what make it is as that will help get the right pattern bb tool. Like i said before though try and get your crank arms off first though as you may not need a crank extractor, try using a rubber mallett or a hammer and wood to hammer them off. Max
