On Photography at the Arts one (Arts University College Bournemouth). I LOVE everything about Bournemouth and uni life etc, just going off the actual photography side of it Probably mainly cos I seem to go off anything as soon as it's associated with education haha.

Who cares, it's fun. Saying that, I'm currently not enjoying my course at all and don't have a clue what to do. Can't quit an go home firstly just cos I'd be bored out of my wits, secondly cos my parents are moving out of Watford so allow going home now to somewhere I wouldn't even know anyone

Go to an osteopash before it develops and gets worse and worse mate. I used to have back pains which slowly developed to become really severe and when I got up it would randomly kinda freeze as if two disks had locked together in the wrong way kinda thing. Got to a stage where I was at home for a week cos it was so painful to move, had 4 osteo sessions during this week (in which i blacked out and fitted twice from the pain) which determined that my spine was out of line and managed to sort it out pretty well. That was a few years ago and I've been back a few times but now it seems pretty much perfect. You back is not something to be f**ked with in my opinion and if an osteo can catch it in minor stages and get it all back into place again then it could save a f**k load of hassle in the future.

That Alana Blanchard is a VERY good shout. An you know she's more likely to be at least semi sound cos she surfs.

Were you planning on telling him that?

Jacked for sure. Doesn't know the name of anything on the bike other than the frame (cos of sticker), has asked someone who knows a little bit about bikes who's given him the old '3 piece cranks, hydrolic brakes' gems of information. And he's got no feedback, has just joined ebay an has a dodgy sounding name haha

f**kin fruitbooters The b*****d child of extreme sports that's occasionally let out of the cupboard under the stairs in it's older brothers baggy clothes and wrists so camp you could hang your washing off them.

Too be fair, Trials riders in skateparks tend to f**k just about everything up.

In a similair vein to Anzo, this should definately be a cougar thread.

Personally i don't think the legalities of it should effect people's decision, just the health/general productiveness issues. But obviously some people are blind to anything but the law and unable to think for themselves

This has definately just turned into a 'who i'd love to rag' thread. Limited wifey material is featured.

Murs- A Friends Blues. Just an amazing message and the song means alot to me cos I associate it with a few other things that've happened an it's helped me through. 'Gesus- Wasters What They Named You' as well. Anything by Plan B, Example or Prof Green as well just cos it reminds me of an amazing summer a few years ago with amazing people when everything seemed so perfect.

Are you two gonna get with each other yet? Why don't you swap numbers or something?

We did something reealllly similair when we managed to get hold of a load of proper Firemans gear. Filled the room with smoke etc, put a red light outside the door so it looked like the landing was on fire, played smoke alarm and general fire/chaos noises. The guy we did it to had been on all sorts of drugs at a rave so was probably tripping his f**king balls off anyways. But when he was shaken awake by my mate posing as a fireman in that situation he was absolutely shitting his pants. The only thing is, the whole thing took a bit of a darker twist and he went absolutely apeshit cos for some reason the guy posing as the fireman decided to say 'The whole house is burning down, we have to get out! I'm really sorry, but all your family are dead'. That definately wasn't part of the plan and I can't think why he thought that would be a good idea, but it didn't exactly go down a treat

Granted, but I get to shag your mother. I wish I wasn't so tired right now

Street Sketchbook- Is basically a look into the sketchbooks of a load of the top Graffers/Street Artists/General urban inspired style artists. Has interviews with them and then sketchbook pages etc, as well as other work. Is generally just a really nice book in the way it's put together as well. Outsiders- Compiled by Steve Lazarides. He owns Lazarides gallery which was one of the first street art/graff galleries in London and generally helped Street Art become what it is today by pushing loads of unknown artists to the limelight, he's Banksy's agent among others. This books just a collection of artists he rates with their work and some words etc. The Art of Rebellion- Another really nice book that features loads of good artists and also explores some of the ideals and history behind Street Art and graff. Concrete 2 Canvas (theres a number 1 and number 2)- All about Skateboarders art, it's pretty well known that skateboarding has a massive link to Graff and Street art and the skate scene is where alot of artists come from so these are well worth a look. Fuzz One- Is more the autobiography of Fuzz One (one of the original New York graff heads who was a king by the age of 13, and had been shot at, beaten up, jumped etc about a million times before that) than an actual art book but well worth a read and features looaaddss of rare photos of his old dubs and childhood photos etc. Inkflow- Really cool book which basically gives a page or 2 to loads of street artists (although this book's all illustration) for some of their work and then a short bio/interview with them. You should buy it cos I'm in it Concrete Canvas- The first version of Inkflow. We Were Here- Same guys and idea as Inkflow and Concrete Canvas, but this one is all street work whereas the other 2 are illustration based. Features loadsa stencil/sticker/can artists.

My ears ringing cos I hugged up the sub too much at Alix Perez, Jubei and Ulterior Motive in a little club near me just now.

Catch me on facebook mate, course you're welcome to a sofa ID wise, they ID at every club standardly really, but aren't that vigorous with it or anything so as long as you have an ID that looks semi like you it's all good. Not too sure though to be honest cos I've only moved down here since i've been 18. Club wise, there's your standard V, Lava, Bliss an all the mainstream clubs which aren't really my thing but are full of fit birds an good as long as you're battered. They tend to be better on weekday student nights though. On Saturdays the FireStation (Bournemouth Uni's SU but open to anyone) always has a good night on really. I'll ask the promotors for you an see what's on that night but if you're lucky it'l be a dubnium (Reggae, Roots Dub, Jungle night with an amazing vibe, skate ramp and jerk chicken bbq in the smoking area and just generally a good night) or a Beat Redemption (another really cool dub/d&b/alternative music night with stalls an shit, some live art, outdoor yurt with acoustic guitar vibes an that). If not it's usually We Are Your Friends which is more commercial but still a good laugh. In general Bournemouths pretty awesome both for commercial clubs an that, an also for the fact that it's got a rediculously big Dubstep/D&B scene. There's almost always a Friday night d&b night, either Enter (run by a pretty big dj Whitey) or Drumfunk (another really sound Dj called Judda) which are both sick, or if you're lucky our night might be fully off the ground by then

Songs That Should Not Be Allowed To Be Covered Ever!
Max Quinn replied to sideburns(dnt ask)'s topic in Chit Chat
Anything by Bob Marley. Unless of course your the crackhead rasta (i realise that's an oxymoron, but believe me she exists) lady in one of my local pubs who sounds EXACTLY like him when she sings Buffalo Soldier every week without fail on the open mic night. Bob Dylan as well while I'm here -
I don't really understand it, but this song completes me all the same. Makes you think as well. Youtube Video ->Original Video
