My dad borrowed a 'Sony digital book reader PRS-600' from work and after playing with it for a while I was really impressed, clear screen, light weight, fast page turning etc. The thought of an ebook reader has really interested me for a while, and playing with this one has really made me want to buy one for myself! Just wondering if anyone else had one, if so which one do you have and what do you think of it? Do you think eBooks are reasonably priced?

I can see the appeal to riding brakeless, i'd be brakeless on my BMX if the nearest decent park wasn't a 6 mile ride away. It helps with accuracy and confidence a hell of a lot 'cause you have to get things spot on or you flip out and stuff, and it's really satisfying to land something completely based on your balance without using brakes to help. Having a streety/TGS hybrid does sound really serious fun but I think i'd still rather keep my spinny stuff to BMX and my trialsy stuff to a trials bike. My opinion would probably be differant if there was more decent spinny street spots to ride around here though. In trials I can't see it appealing to the masses just yet but maybe in time it will get a bit more of a following. Just ride what you want, how you want and have fun thats all that matters.

Right, i'm making a film about bike trials for a project at uni and because of where our films get shown we've got to have copyright free music. I thought i'd ask on here is 'cause I know some of you are in bands and are big into producing music and stuff. If anyone would like to have a go at making a track for it then that would be ace! The film will be 3mins in length and have voice overs and interviews so it can't be too loud and in your face. I want the film to be quite up beat and positive so the musics gotta fit around that but I'll consider any genre so post it up so it can be considered. If I use you're track you'll be put in the credits and get a copy of the finished DVD posted to you So yeah, if you want to have a go then get posting it'll be a massive help to me so cheers!!

What lens you using on Ad's camera?

Think Danny Macs last video was shot on SLR's... pretty sure I saw one lurking about in one of the clips

Digital SLR HD films are good but pretty over-rated to be honest, A guy on my course used one for his last film and yeah it looked good but everyone in his group that used it's reaction was generally a bit meh. The price of a decent SLR with Video is nothing compared to the price of a decent HD video camera though.

He's such a stud! Was actually quite nice to see Kenny rather than Danny riding, at such a high key event they got to see some 'proper' seatless bike riding rather than Dannys more spinny style. The last two vids i've seen with Danny at a big event (this one and children in need) the riders have had more standard trials bikes, he's just the front man and the face that everyone knows.

You'll need to give a full spec + recent pictures before anyone can help really. Scout round ebay over the next week too. Does it have any distinctive marks/parts to set it apart from others. good luck finding it mate, f**king sucks when stuff like this happens.

Was a proto of Ben Slingers signature frame. Pretty sure OBM had one for a while too back in the day.
