it weights 920g but i am working on one set to get it to a sub 880 if poss i can get them to 850 but i dont want to take away the life ie theses one are over 4 years old and the comp ones as i say will be around 880g DaveB

Yes the same idea as cars ie honda and seat and rs with ford and audi, the R here is not a copy of any of the above its a new R made for the job, as we have said the sticker will b the same on the frame but frame will get lighter and have some carbon in it in areas and mybe no paint ??, on the forks front they are the same one made by me and mr coust i am working on getting the weight down on them to under 850g at this time but still want them to last as these ones are now getting on for 4 years old, Danny has new brake blocks in cnc one i have sorted bit of a 1 off sorry to say !! thanks DaveB

Thanks guys Danny is happy so far with the bike as its only the geo we are sorting here and it looks mint so far, we like the Racing stickers too they are so nice close up as the paint is Metalic white, there will be some changes to the frame work in the 09 model this is when the bike will be out ie shape change a bit not a lot and some carbon parts in there this is why the name Red R acing, Ben the Weight is the same as this years bike but the full production frame will be down to around 1650 we think when you getting your bike ? we are just building up a 20" Atomz now pics up soon we think about 2 months for Dannys full Proto frame carbon and all. As it says we have moved this date as now its a clash with the biu brit round we are still at Bracken rocks just 2 weeks before the date shown on our web site so get them entries in asap thanks Dave B

Yes it was good Ali just not as much rain next time i hope well next round at Bracken with some Sun thanks, the sections were the dogs but the rain made them weel hard and some guys just gave up. so well done to all the top finishers. Dave B

Many thanks mate for the pics as its good to see some of the section on the pics to get the size etc, we know some of the socres are high but this was to us a Brit round and we at YMSA are making some of the best UK riders as results show any way these are all the class winners here i think from to day well done to them all, ps it dont show how heavy the rain was lol and this did not help in the scores also. Well just got in and need and warming bath and a brew,first i want to say thanks to the folks that helped John Trickett and his wife, Alan and Carol Slinger our Ash ( did not ride due to wrist ) and our Lou we all stayed out in the rain for the whole time so to run this event Hats off to the above and from me THANKS. Layed our on saturday for over 6 hours long day with the drive on top off that so a bit down to get so much rain ( all day ) but only changed 1 section just to take out 1 roll down and a side hop so not to bad, Biggest problem was the pulled up parts of the section by some Tw*t over night but we got them sorted the section i mean !. This was our first of 3 British rounds and our 2nd club round but dont know why again we are down on entries o well the guys that carried on to finish said they loved it ( it takes all sorts ) here are the whole of the Pro riders results but only the first in class in the rest as i am going to take a sit down.
