  1. Yep, dunno, I had a closer look, some pawls have taken the large, it doesn't look a safe option to screw it back if I can. Maybe a stupid question, how do you remove a crank from a ISIS BB? Yet another special tool? The regular crank removers just push into nothing... By the way, I thought freewheels normally self locked themselves as you ride... how can they unscrew? Do you guys do maintenance on them?
  2. Yep, just sessioning a fairly safe transition to front wheel, then wheelswap to back, and wooooosshhh... empty gear!!! Flying without wings My Tensile freewheel gave up, after less than 6month!
  3. KillerV 18" Cannondale (was the first bike I bought complete to ride funny, only transferred and replaced parts since then) KillerV 16" Cannondale Beast of East Cannondale (all warantee replacements one after the other, just riding along excuse) Orange Zero 1 Orange Zero 1 (frame replaced on warantee) Toxsin 1
  4. Hey, cool indoor space you have for practise It's unbelievable the level you got in just a year...
  5. Yeah, cool vid... very freestylish... and it's joe
  6. Yep, can't wait to see actual pics of an assembled bike. Though, curious to see how all these hollow cnc parts take the beating.
  7. ok, the songs are from Death in Vegas (except the first one is a DJ mix, Infrared vs Gil Felix - Capoeira from 2ManyDJs I think, my music files are a mess)
  8. OK, came to the limit of video hosting... , didn't think of that... But its' on now
  9. For those of you who were there last sunday That's a quick, stack of the clips taken on the day... Not much time for editing this time... pm me if you want some of the pics... The file is named 10-CambridgeRide4 on http://tv.isg.si/site/filebrowser/trashzen Enjoy
  10. Very sharp pics and nice colours (that's probably the flash power house you have fitted on your camera ) I hope to post some pics tonight, and a short vid too.
  11. ha ha , very true... though you learn in the process probably going downhill from now
  12. Yep, that one... will be on the next cambridge ride vid , or was it just an impression?
  13. hey, Thanks for all your comments, it's nice for an old skool timer to get that feedback... Well, the rocks are like the only rocks you can get in Cambridge (for the moment at least, maybe some hope to change that) Brakes are avid 7 cable disk on the front, and HS33 on the rear (now with red heatink pads) else, yeah, I hope to recover ASAP, 'cause there is plenty of new urban lines I want to try... Actually Joe and Liam, you were monster gap maniacs yesterday, this gets me thinking again about Lion's yard!
  14. Ha well, Since I am off from trials for at least a couple of weeks (painful heel, stupid stack on Saturday ), summer is officially over for me. So that's a good excuse to post some clips of the past season... (of me that is ) That's the streaming video here or you can download it on TVISG, the playing with gaps one. Enjoy
  15. That was a nice chilled out ride, (well I couldn't do bugger all but I got some nice pics and footage overall). Will post the best, and maybe some bits in a quicky video... (I need to compile some summer clips first ) Ha ha, loved the speed trials bit at the end...
  16. so 11 it is? Knackered one of my heels today, Ouch! (very much) So don't know if I'll be able to ride tomorrow, can't even walk proper But If I can't ride, I'll come along and take pics
  17. C'mon, fix that trials bike! This excuse has been dragging on forever
  18. Both WE are OK for me. Would be nice if it was like today.
  19. Hey, not bad, loads of progression since the last group ride... Much better vid than usual, but the fish lens all the way through is an overkill.
  20. Loved the tune and editing , and the riding of course , but that crash , I litterally jumped off my seat... a pad flying off or a hoose bursting?
  21. Eat what you like, as long as it's food I mean, junk food doesn't feed you, it fills you with anything but not what you need to function.... so practically, eating snacks and chips is like starving yourself of the nutrients you need to keep going... (while giving you the impression of being full, but it doesn't last, so you need more junk food quite soon after your first intake) So real food includes bread, eggs, rice, pasta, fruits, etc... It makes a serious difference... I've been a junk food addict before , but now I cook most of what I eat... Then, just riding does the rest... but don't expect your body to build up on thin-air (or hydrogenated vegetable fat, artificial flavouring, salt and sugar)
  22. I think that for a presentation page, it kicks ass, really cool scratchy design, urban 'n all. Something nice to show off...
  23. C'mon that's 6 pads across in length at 50mm a pad (300/50), by 25 pads at 12mm a pad's width (300/12), so you can cut out 6x25 = 150 pads, that's 75 pairs. The real question is, can you cut clean or do you loose material when you cut? Because even 1/2mm of line cut means you'd have less pads Hope this helps
  24. Tada!!! The Speed Trials section, during the Cycle Show (only saturday in there) Here is a quicky compilation of clips my agonising camera blurped at my PC 6mn linky to TVSI for download enjoy Pick the 08-SpeedTrial-VGA.wmv for high res You can also see it in streaming mode, much faster than the download, when it works
  25. Yep, I have mostly the speed trials from Saturday. I meant to compile it yesterday but didn't have the time to complete it. Decent footage , will post it early next week.
