I loved that sidehop at 00:43 As for improvement, I'd suggest trying to refine your movements a bit more to make them a little more fluid and precise, and try using a few less hops (or none if possible). But generally was a really enjoyable video, good work Rich

I'm fairly sure thats the work of a deshaker programme. When programmes like that have to work to stabilise an image it can sometimes create a distorted perspective which is the effect you're seeing there. Awesome riding and cinematography, a pleasure to watch. Rich

For those that don't remember -> Was around for a while a few years ago and was just disturbingly good, but then never heard from again it seems. Just wondering if anyone knew where he'd got to in the world and if he was still riding? Rich

Coming from a heavy smoker for the last 8 years and also being fairly handy with a bike, I would unfortunately have to agree with the Nico-Nazi's here; smoking does affect your riding. When I was younger and didn't smoke as much I was CLEARLY much fitter and could ride harder and for longer than I can now. The last few comps I did I was getting to the end of sections literally hyperventilating and almost vomiting from oxygen starvation. The damage I have done to my lungs is at an irreparable point and it literally stops me being able to get as much oxygen in as I need, and this is very clearly linked to smoking as opposed to just getting old (I'm 22 for christs sake...) Yes, there are people who will live to 100 smoking 20 Woodbines a day; I've met many people who have. I've also met many people who have developed cancer or emphysema by the time they're 30. Everything in the medical world is a guideline; everybody is different. I'm still a smoker, I'm not planning on quitting anytime soon, but I do now have to live with the very real and very long term damage I have already done to myself. Nokia 6310 Get one of these from Carphone Warehouse on a £35 a month contract (which gets you about 800 mins and 800 texts) and as a free gift you can get either an Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Wii, Acera Laptop, £200 strait in your bank, and theres a few others I couldn't remember. Not being a gamer I went with the £200; Carphone Warehouse basically paid 2/3rds of my rent that month Not sure if they're still doing these deals, but they were in the summer, and getting better as time went on.
