serious skills dude! You can really capture emotion and movement. I love them
  3. I actually use that too, a quick dab before I set off normally lasts me a couple of hours
  4. I don't get the hate, if you want to wear a helmet then go for it, some people don't like to and it's their choice. There's about a million things in life that are bad for you or potentially harmful yet most of them never get a second thought. Show someone without a helmet andpeople lose their minds! I must admit I do sometimes ride with my gloves in my pocket, I only wear them if my hands get sweaty otherwise I prefer the feel without them, I don't like taking bags on rides either so I just pop them in my pocket until I need them.
  5. pretty much, still have the other wheels built though
  6. not broken a pair of wheels for 3+ years
  7. they both look sweet! I know I'm bias but I do prefer the sleeker tubes and bash on the Arcade, it's just pleasing to the eye. I don't tend to go through that many parts, I replace my bars a couple of times a year to be safe but, the only things I've broken recently was my brake levers in two seperate crashes
  8. I've seen people on long bike bunnyhop up to front higher than that. I can up to front higher with a bunnyhop than I can with a pedal up too.
  9. my bike in it's current state (spec on demand) my home made bb mounted low profile bash
  10. Yes, trials is all about riding over objects put in front of you, there's been comps where ramps, kickers and such have been included so it makes sense to be able to bunnyhop so you can ride anything. There was a comp in Canada where they had kickers and Gilles effectively lost the comp cos he couldn't hop his bike whereas Kenny could and took the win.

oh my word! That video was awful, looked like he was having a fit but somehow managed to land on the line every time he fell. Shorts and shinpads outside of trials too? EWWWWW!!!
  13. cos it's got a high pivot point for the swingarm which is efficient at taking hits as the wheel ark moves away from the direction rocks and bumps hit it. Unfortunately a high pivot point is whack for normal drivechains as the chainstay length grows loads and you need loads of chain which makes everything lose and clattery not to mention the chain wanting to pull the rear wheel closer messing up the suspension action. The way the Brooklyn is done isolates the chain from the suspension system so they can both work without interfering with each other. There's aa few brands which have done it a bit neater and less bomb proof though and combined internal geard hubs into the pivot point to get rid of any mechs at all.
  14. make a topic in an appropriate place, I seriously can't be arsed with you taking over every topic calling everyone who isn't you an idiot and basically thinking you're better than everyone on here.
  15. pretty good on a bicycle
  16. nice one Tom, been a while since I've seen something from you. I enjoyed this very much
