I'm Now 31, I'm going to keep going as long as possible

That was decent, had a rough sound which is cool but I quite like a nice Pink Floyd esc guitar effects and distortion sound too. Electronic psychedelic blues rock would be a good description of what I like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-Nuun_P1ZQ

Psychedelic rock for me. The band is Dead Meadow https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oiV9_EZrJLw

My favourite band are finally coming back to the UK and playing my local venue

she loves black metal! Her last name is Black so that works well.

quite a few WTF moments in that!

My gf (sorry to go on about her) being from Glasgow is a protestant, she's not highly religeous, she doesn't go to church or study the bible, she just is open to the idea of a higher power. The funny thing is she's totally into death metal music, like REALLY into it!

haha gotta love a bit of chinglish I wouldn't base my life on it though

My GF is a biomedical scientist working in haematology and in the bloodbank in Glasgow and she told me about the blood transfusion thing, I didn't believe her at first.........Just because the bible says in one tiny bit that "But you must not eat the blood; pour it out on the ground like water.". The women who spoke to me said "you need an instruction book to set up computers, furniture, TVs etc, the bible is an instructionbook for life" My issue with this is that instruction books are not open to interpretation, they are clear concise and to the point.......the bible is far from clear (hence all the types of Christianity that split off because they disagreed with what the book was saying). That quote about the blood is not clear at all, to make life and death decisions from such a tiny and vague bit of writing in a book that's full of errors, psychotic characters and contradictions is in it'self insane.

Never seen that, but yeah that's a good example

well, I was quoting Attenborough who made the same point years ago, It just so happens that Fry made the same point just recently I apologised to them for re-quoting stuff on the internet (even though I saw it on TV).

Had my first ever Jehovah's Witnesses call round. I'm converted!! Well, no, no I'm not. I like to think I surprised them, asked a few tricky questions, got the usual "God has a plan" "God work's in mysterious ways", They couldn't think what use a flesh eating worm crawling out of your eye has, but apparently leaches have a purpose (cleaning wounds) so we've just not found a use for the worm yet. I said it's rather egotistical to think that every animal is there to serve us, but no, God made the earth and everything on it a paradise for his children. They said that God says in the bible to love God like you love a parent. They stumbled a bit when I told them my parents didn't teach me to love them, their ego isn't that big. I love them because they are kind. God say's he is a jealous God, he killed thousands in plagues and floods, he will smite down those who use his name in vain. He demands you give up a day each week to worship him.......That's not very loving at all really. I'm preparing some notes for when they come back, it seems a little unfair when they have done hundreds of door knocks and prepared speeches and leaflets.

that's awesome!!

for some completely unexplainable reason I quite like the Raptor too...... I really don't like this though
-
best yet in my opinion, fewer crank induced spins and more backwheel tech and big hops, ideal

Random cat I drew (he's meant to be smirking) and coloured in with pens on tracing paper as an experiment

The way Euan does them is really quite odd, he does them opposite in a weird combination between trials technique and bmx technique. Basically there's two ways of doing a footjam whip......The Trials way which uses the front brake and is generally easier or the BMX way which can be done with or without a front brake but is a little harder. The advantage to the trials way is that it's easy to pick up and most people can get them dialled pretty quickly, the down side is that it's not as versatile (not really as much use for throwing in at the top of a ramp for example), it can't be done brakeless and can look a bit clunky. The advantage of the BMX way is that it can be used in more places, doesn't rely on brakes and looks a bit more flowing (especially if you catch the pedals after lifting the front wheel off the floor), the downside is that it's harder to learn. I'd highly recommend taking the extra time to learn the BMX way, it may seem tempting to take the shortcut and do it the trials way but you may hurt your riding in the long run. There's not a lot of decent footjam whip tutorials but check this one out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GdWBGoVEkqs

grabbed up 200 Pro Markers on ebay and a tattoo inspired colouring in book, I love them both! I made this with them today.

Big old bump cos I'm bored plus I'd like to introduce my other half for the last year, Jane. She's a biomedical scientist but is also a top trained remedial therapist and personal trainer (minus the ego though), she was a guitarist in a death metal band and is a decent pole and belly dancer she's got a massive brain and she can fit her fist in her mouth.
