I sent my entery off via email last week (I believe it says you can do that on the site?) ...I cant wait
-
I am also tempted to get an alex rim...the 06 echo rims are TURD!! worst rims I have ever used. Not liking the narrowness of the alex though actually...my bikeshop (blazing saddles) has 1 planet x bmf rim in...its 36 hole though (dam these echos being 32!) when I get my hope hub I will probably get that

cant stand the taste of alcohol...so ribena or pineapple juice for me

I did most of my improvment on my ti global frame.... I had already been riding for years, but when I rode that bike my comp results went up. the year I was on that bike I got: 3rd porthcawl trophy master catt (beaten olny by two world champs!) 4th tech 04 masters british champ overall (winning all rounds!) thats the best year of results I have had.

I want somthing like that... I have a real problem with arm pump when using my braking finger..... my powerball doesnt seem to help as I am keeping my fingers still rather than moving them which is where I get my problem. I thinks I need to make somthing

I got a bit fed up of my long control. It just didnt seem to fit me, doing stuff was a task rather than fun. I even found it too much to handle for comps....there was too much bike to move around. I now have a medium Ashton, but it also has a steeper head angle...now this is bad for a couple of things, but overall it makes the bike pretty fun and flicky. When riding street I find doing the same old move pretty boring (sidehop this..tap that etc).... I like to make it fun and involve manuals, wall rides, pivots etc basicly when riding street I treat my bike like a bmx. I mostly like to ride rocks though and my shorter streetier bike seems to suit me better for that too. Long bikes are still great and will be popular....but I recken people should run them with a shorter stem and risers...it would open out much more stuff and be a lot more fun.

I would ague that it doesnt make any difference well, I couldnt tell between the two engagment wise.
-
dont think I ever saw this imfamous rock...sounds tricky
-
I just found the hope to be much more "confident" in its engagment, you could kinda feel it though the bike clicking in....gives a really confidence inspireing feel. Couldnt tell the difference in engagments from my king Lighter, I know the pro 2 is....not sure about the trials one....a kink with hd axle and funn bolts does add up. BRITTISH made!!! the best customer service EVER! dishless wheel...and room for 6 gears for comps or singlespeed...PERFECT!!

what an ace comp!! I REALLY apreciate everyones help to get it done, you put in so much effort, for other people enjoyment...it really means a lot to me. I loved the venue, loads of lines and even has a FULL PIPE!!! oh how I had fun in there I hadnt ridden natural for 9 weeks and I hadnt ridden natural on my ashton at all...so I am pretty happy with 3rd in elite. cleaned 5 sections in a row (including section 7 and 9!) I was very chuffed with that. The water section scared me....you couldnt tell how deep it was (luckily Dave showed us when he dropped into it....top man!! ) That dam gap at the end though, it nackered my rim, I didnt want to do it again incase it made it worse....sorry guys Cant wait till the next comp

I have tried a couple and I was seriously impressed!! as soon as I can get one I will, getting rid of my king hubs to get them too, thats how much I liked them!

I did however have my super spikey mud tyre on, so I didnt have any problems with grip untill I got onto the rocks That dam gap at the end though, it nackered my rim, I didnt want to do it again incase it made it worse....sorry guys Cant wait till the next comp
