  1. going to 26" will be the best thing you ever did!! dont worry about wether you will be able to ride them or not, you will be able to ride it (people who say they are harder are just quitters)
  2. just bought some ti axles for my onza mag pedals, thats pretty extreme

    NEW ASHTON

best looking bike ever? quite possibly, makes mine look like shit anyway :P, mine is super scratched and mangled now lol. how does it ride with the longer stem? I am using a 90mm long stem at the mo, might be using a 110 long one soon, hopfully it will be better for comps :)
  4. caustic soda gets it off very easily, but dont mix it too strong as it can eat through the rim
  5. another vote for ashton! set it up with a 90mm stem and 2" risers and its the sweetest street bike ever, bunnyhops to the moon, but is still roomy enough to ride natural. If you get fed up of streety stuff...bosh on a longer stem and it makes a mint comp bike..............it really is a do it all bike!
  6. kinda suprised no one mentioned an ashton justice best riding bike I have been on, probably the best looking as well. wheelbase is just what your after at 1065 too. Dont forget they are cheaper than most of the competition too. If for some reason you dont want an ashton, then I say an echo control is the 2nd best riding frame out there

    Crank Flips

I am weird when it comes to crank flips, I can do them, but only left footed, this is strange as I am right foot forward I am pretty comfotable doing them though, dont need to watch them or anything and can just about do them on either my front or back wheel. I recken I do them left footed as that foot is used to scooping the pedal up from bunnyhoips and so on, I just do the same movment with my foot except kinda upward, hey presto a crank flip.
  8. heres a link for you but its not got any vids on it, the two I like are both dvds and are not on the internet anywhere.
  9. my fave vid ever is revoloution!! might not have the best riding in, but its got ACE music and has a really fun friendly vibe to it. hibernation is pretty cool too...got me in it
  10. double sided tape, just roll up each edge of the grip, wrap it around the bar and peel off backing, roll grip back down and no more slippy grips
  11. not much makes me actually laugh out loud, but I almost choked when I saw that!! BEST CRASH EVER!!
  12. I tried a range of pads on my vee and koxx greens were by far the best
  13. I heard that it was gonna be sunny spells for tomorrow Though, it is snowing at the mo
  14. cheers... I went and sent one via koxx uk, is it worth me sending another to the origional addy?
  15. I'll be there!!!!!!!!1 woooooooooooo hoooooooooooo
  16. I tried emailing fred, but aparently they didnt manage to get through. Has he another addresse?
  17. that setup was deore lever, nokon cable and avid ultimate calipers and a range of pads to try (those were koxx yellows) my new setup is gonna be avid mag lever, linear slic cable and ultimate calipers. dunno what pads to use though, might pop my koxx greens or coust on. and yes, its a bonz adaptor
  18. not the clearest pics, but here you go.
  19. I remember when browns came out they were THE pads to have on a smooth rim I seem to remember them working well anyway
  20. I kinda feel bad for saying these things, but they were pretty dam sketchy even on simple things like being on the back wheel and drops. anyway...they are waaaaay better than I was after riding that long, but I never thought of putting a vid out untill I had somthing decent to show.
  21. the reason I didnt like it was because of the level of riding. I dont wanna put them down too much as we all had to learn sometime, but I dont really see the point in making a vid unless you have somthing worth showing.
  22. another year and still no girlfiend...nearly 22 now!! still, dont really want a gf as I am REALLY lazy, tight with money and she would get in the way of trials.
  23. my thoughts are that a roadtrip is going to lots of places in a car without going back home, so it might just be a day or it might last weeks.
