  1. I have done it twice, but I wouldnt do it on a nice rail in a city center
  2. still sounds good to me, I dont drink so that doesnt really bother me at all. a 2 day trial would have been nice, as its a long way for me to go for just a days ride, but I still try my best to come and enter
  3. They are available from tartybikes now, stans got one, they are the sex (but ashtons are the orgasm! )
  4. loving the pure!!! they are such awesome bikes and I really like green. Looks a right nice ride!! Shame you have one of those ugly pogosticks as well
  5. looking good, I wanna go there again:) did you get kicked off the uni? I have never lasted more than a min there before:(
  6. but thats bad, the reason I dont like mods is that they are almost too easy, I didnt get any satisfaction from riding them as I knew I wasnt been pushed as hard as I would on a stock. I just felt like I earned my rewards on a stock. had a go on a friends long levelboss mod the other day, I almost threwup it was so horrible!!
  7. weaker gaps???? are you maaaad!! mods are the easiest things to gap ever!! its cheating they arew that easy I would say stick with 26" if your riding street, I find trhem are much more suited to it, or maybe even get a 24"? they are awesome!! for street riding a mod would be my last choice!!
  8. check that the serrated metal tabs on the end of the axle havnt snapped off and are interfeering with the cassette lock ring, I have had it happen twice to me and once to a friend
  9. sorry to fatmike for not telling him about the glue on a frame I sold him

    My New Video

a it repetative for my likes, it just seems younger riders nowerdays only seem to do the same stuff, just seems to me that your missing out on half the fun of riding big gaps though, gaps are always good

    Gu Video

cant deny your a good rider...but you have some weird style like your gaps, you take off a foot away from the edge and sometimes jump a foot in the air in the final bounce. but if it works for you then thats fine, just looks a little weird thats all.
  12. love the seat bike looks good too, one of the better ones I have seen. The only thing I dont like about these frames is that they are too small, they would look a lot nicer if they had a longer seat tube
  13. theres more to a good bike than being nice on the back wheel, infact backwheel handling isnt the first thing I look at when getting a frame. Its a nice looking bike, but saying that, I wouldnt want it.
  14. I saw the adverts for it and I thought it looked crap, he can be funny sometimes, but he trys too hard to do his "I m not trying to be funny" or whatever type of humour he likes to do. the episode was utter bollox like most recent simpsons, they should stop making it before it does an ugly death and people have got sick of them (nearly there in my eyes)
  15. looks ACE! cant wait to have a go on it

    A Sweet Bail

thats my worst nightmare going on there!! on another note, its a really stupid thing really, but a bail is where you know somthings going wrong and bail out to safety, a crash on the otherhand is what you just did. everyone calls crashes bails these days, its annoying
  17. the only decent frame in your list is the controle UNLESS you like high bb bikes (which I most deffo DONT!!) I reccomend an ashton, cheap as chips and are the nicest riding frame I have ever had!!
  18. the BEST grips are massi lock ons!!! seriously, they are soooooo good!! you can get them off ebay, vision 1 is the best, it used 2 grubscrews to hold it in place, they are hard to round off and offer really good clamping power (they dont dig into the bars either, specially designed) They dont wobble either (like odi grips do) and because they only have the lock on part on the stem side of the grip, theres no annoying clamp to irritate your hand. best grips ever!!
  19. try them in the wet would you, tell us if they are still good then
  20. if people are worried about breaking their hangers, then make your own out of steel!! I did and its not even thought of bending let alone snapping and I have done sidehops directly to the mech! I am another fan of sprung tensioners, I am actually running a mech with gears (imagine that!!) and I have no worries over chain tension or snapping hangers.
  21. not trialsy at all, dont think martyn would like me riding another frame for that no sus either, that totally blows

    Fort William 2006

I might ring up and ask them to postpone it to a week I am available
  23. I agree!! When I am out riding and I cant make somthing, I always thing "its the brit champs, akkers has just done it with one dab, if I get up it I have won" and a lot of the time it really helps!
  24. I am gonna make him start work on my 24" bmx/trials hybrid thing as soon as my hone cranks come....its gonna be ze best thing evarrr for skateparks
