  1. rear vee where its at!! With joy pads, nokon or linear slick cable, better than any maggie!!
  2. your all wrong!!! the BEST grips are massi lock on types (under a few different names as well I think) they are a wee bit fat to begin with, but I cut them down with a knife and they are spot on! They never come loose, dont wobble like odi lock ones, they use grubscrews which are a fatter allen key so dont round off either....perfect grips.
  3. I have really liked my spcialized Ridge xc gloves, they have lasted ages without ripping or stiches comming undone, they were a really nice fit too. However, they come with a gell pad on the palm, I didnt notice it really, but try them before you buy. Otherwise, some of the best gloves I have ever used (untill some theiving git in spain stole them) were XCting gloves the doug lampkin replicas, they were amazing!

  7. ok, just want to confirm that I am going to do a batch of blues this next week, stock will be very limited so if you want some you will have to get in quick. (possibly 18 pairs) I owe nickyw some blues cos I am not happy that they wore fast, if anyone else used the yellows and were not happy with wear rate, let me know and I'll send some blues.
  8. joy yellows seem to wear down to fast, but have excelent bit and hold, work well in the wet too. Joy Blues have AMAZING hold, LOADS of bite and last aaaages, seem to work pretty well in the wet too. They are harder to make though, at the mo I am trying to source some easier to make compound.
  9. echo control 1st Raven 2nd A2 3rd Ninja 4th infact, the a2 and ninja are the two most awfull riding frames ever to curse the planet!

if your talking about the old A1 then I honestly couldn't vote, both aweful frames. BUT if it was life and death situation....the adamant would win the nija has possibly the wost geo ever made for a trials bike, the adamant isnt far behind. I would rather ride a jump bike for trials than either of those frames though.
  21. I think hydroforming will become the next cnc, its already popping up on some frames (mbk), tubes can be made into shapes to resist denting, larger weld areas, tyre clearence ect I think bb rise might settle to around 20-30mm for comp bikes (I hope so anyway)
  22. I am impressed, you were getting through sections that I 5ed (was the heat )
