I tend to eat when I am hungry/bored. I used to really pig out on nasty stuff like crisps. But now I eat healthy stuff and feel better than ever! I always start the day with a bowl of porridge, then maybe a tuna+sweetcorn bap for lunch and then I'll cook something for tea (usually meat or pasta). If I am busy I'll not eat, but I'll catch up later. I can't understand why people don't eat or throwup. are they scared of being fat?
