  1. I have NEVER seen any frame fail because of a hole in the headtube.
  2. I get really bad foot cramp. I don't drink enough really, but I also found slighty stiffer shoes help and Skins compression pants help too.
  3. Trialtech wants products to suit all riders budgets, unfortunately you can't always custom make parts and still sell them at budget prices. The good news is that Trialtech is coming out with some AMAZING new parts and ideas for the future not seen elsewhere!
  4. looking good guys! Some beat lines there! Nice pics too.
  5. He means that if it was just him being filmed sat there doing the interview, it would be boring, but because it was his interview playing AS he was riding, then it was interesting.
  6. his post made perfect sense to me?
  7. only if they talk about boring stuff, I found Danny's fairly interesting. Amazing riding as always too!
  8. Trialtech mag platforms with a ti axle is lighter than (nearly) all caged pedals.
  9. they are actually more puncture resistant than rubber tubes as the latex is far more elastic and can be pushed thurther before ripping. They are generaly lighter than rubber tubes too, but as has been said, they can loose air and when you do puncture one, they can be hard to fix.
  10. most rigs used in demos are alloy to save weight when driving/carrying them around. If you just want them in one place, you could make them out of steel and that would save a lot of money. However, if they are just for your garden, why not just get pallets/logs/cable reels? They are a lot cheaper and can be great to ride!
  11. hey, I wrote something in This topic a month or so back, it might help you.
  12. Scared myself a lot last year riding the sea defences at Scarborough. Its really techy with 20ft deep holes scattered around. That was scary!
  13. yep, Stans brake makes the same noise! I am afraid you may just have to live with it (unless Ads can think of a solution?).
  14. I bet it was really nerve racking though!
  15. try sanding off the paint on the back of the pad. If that doesn't work, it may be a case of waiting untill the piston as made an imprint big enough to keep the pad still, its not an uncommon problem for the pads to clunk and make noises.
  16. Any news on the UCI selection criteria yet? I hope they pic the riders with enough time to still book the flights at a reasonable price.
  17. RIGHT, there was NO letter! Tartybikes have nothing to do with it, I was bored and decided to play along with it.
  18. don't the pills just make your muscles collect water and make them look big rather than actually make you stronger?
  19. well, there isn't an email addy on their site, but I got one when I phoned up. rachel@orangebikes.co.uk (but I bet "anything"@orangebikes.co.uk would work)
  20. platform pedals are grippier, last longer and are harder to shin yourself on (because of the palolelagram shape (<please ignore my bad spelling))
  21. is he not worried of f**king up his wrist more? Its worth waiting for something to heal rather than be impatient and have the chance of more pain and possibly surgury in the future.
  22. I still feel bent tubes should be banned on 26" frames!
