  1. yeah, hammer and screwdriver, the most universal tool ever! Its still pretty "normal" for zoo headsets to be like that, if it was me I would try it first before spending more money.
  2. its the same piston and caliper size as a mono trial (so same power), but it has the moto lever, vented rotor and post mount caliper. Its heaver than a mono trial because of these changes, but if used with a normal mono trials rotor and frame/fork with post mount, then its very handy. (perfect for Atomz post mount frame and forks)
  3. a lot of zoo headsets are like this, you will not notice it once fitted and it will become smoother with use. If you do want a bearing, then Tarty sell them.

  6. I saw him fall at Knokke Heist a couple of years ago, what actually happened? I saw his rush off and never saw him again for ages.
  7. yeah, parking at the playhouse, its free there.
  8. he is still recovering from his broken collor bone, it seems the event organizers jumped the gun a bit when danny showed interest. I don't know for sure if he is going or not, but he said to me that he wouldn't if he wasn't 100% recovered yet.
  9. cool, I am going as long as the weather isn't pissing it down. I will be on my brakeless bike, will be interesting!
  10. I want to go, a sheff ride would be cool too!
  11. might be tempted........Matt..Sam, want a lift if I go?
  12. well, maybe I wasn't being quite honest My comp bike weighs around 10kg, thats with some super light parts (ti bb, pedals axles trialtech sl rims ect) but also some heavier stuff too (rain king rear tyre, 200mm rotor, vee brake with adaptor and booster). However, my street bike weighs 11.5kg with no light weight parts and a saddle, but I have now taken the brakes off and fitted some lighter tyres and its now around 10.3kg. Stick with the heavier weight for now, but if you do comps next year, you could put some lighter parts on before them.
  13. pretty much, but if you keep the lever vertical and don't lose any fluid, you won't need to bleed. (if some fluid does come out, just drip some from the cut piece of hose back in)

    Games Console

never been a fan of xbox, I have a ps3 and its great...well it was until it broke last week lol
  15. I think you can, but take a look on the lever, it will tell you what you must use
  16. are you running a disc? if so then choose any 26" fork you want. straight and curved forks makes no difference, but I prefer the looks of curved forks.
  17. not opened any gifts yet, no idea what I am getting, not asked for anything in particular.

    Trialtech Fork

does the headset wobble? Trialtech leave a small radius there as a sharp corner makes a stress riser. DON"T get the fork crown faced. The crown may seat lower with a little force, but first check the usual things...the steerer is the right length, the top cap (if using different one) doesn't bottom out on the steerer ect, these things would stop the echo crown from seating correctly.
  19. I havnt asked for anything. There's not really anything I am after. Sister and bro-in-law are coming around later, will open prezzies then.
  20. YO! Sounds like you are having a pretty amazing time! Those frames look pretty awesome! I am also pretty envious of what you have done, but I guess you had the guts to actually go ahead and do it! I will have enough money to come and see you soon, would you be up for some company? Got a spare bed in your van?
  21. That stem should be a lot stronger than a kamel stem as its once piece forged rather than welded tubes. I think that bar and stem combo is amazing! I don't quite understand why people arn't liking the bars....they look very simular to monty bars to me. I think I'll get a pair for my next bike.
  22. epic hops! Very nice! Place looks amazing to ride too!
  23. glad to see people are coming around to my thinking! Glad you like it, but a booster will make the holding power truly epic!
