Dude, I'm not saying totally forget about trains and get a car and live happily ever after, because I know that even a car is shite, particularly for London. What I was getting at was you should try to be more vigilant about the system and use common sense in most situations. If you're about to board a train with your bike, and you know there's a chance it'll become fully loaded at one stop or another, don't get on - or expect to get thrown off. People are trains' (and public transport in general) main priority and so they are more than happy to sacrifice a few kids with bikes to accustom the extra 10 or so possible customers they can accommodate. It's a business afterall. Are you talking about actual National Rail trains or the Tube? Most of the national trains have that bike storage thingy in the front anyway, so that's one option. But I know the more local ones (slow, scummy trains) enforce you to stand in the aile or the doorway - which is what I'm guessing you're beef is with. And if a member of staff threatened to kill you (which I seriously doubt, unless you were being a jackass or something) then you can take that up with a much higher authoirty than the bloody platform inspector or ticket booth that you probably did with. Whatever, write your letter. Good luck with it. But you know nothing will come of it.

Be sure to run it through a spell check first. And it won't get very far, either. Comparing it to a pushchair is f**king stupid, as is with luggage. Like it or not, a bike is a f**king hassle on trains and, especially when it's busy, slows down the general flow of things causing possible delays and whatnot. And yea, the health and safety aspect as well, of course. Deal with it. Don't argue with the platform crew and you'll be alright. Or get a car.

There's nothing majorly awesome about them, and they're pretty much your average mp3 players - just with a big screen and shit. It's more of just a fashion accessory, really - 'cos Apple are the shit for little gizmo's.

I've watched a few episodes from whatever series and, similiar to most replies here, I just either don't get it or have a sense of humour level much higher than the stuff they show. It's just really disappointing whenever I watch it because of how highly they're rated. I guess that says something about the British public (or whoever it is that votes for these things). I think the only scene I've ever smirked at was when the old lady went and vomitted on the black boyfriend. The principle behind the joke I didn't really find funny because I can't really relate to old english women, but the actual vomit and how it was like constant was pretty funny. I quite liked The Might Boosh, too. Didn't get a chance to see much of it though. For some reason, The Fresh Prince still does it for me. Call me old fashioned but I've been watching that for years and I still find myself in hysterics through some episodes. Plus Hilary is fit.

Been a long time since I've used WMM but if I remember correctly... if you just make a folder in the collections column called whatever, say, 'clips' and then just import all the video files into that folder, it should be a bit neater. Having said that, I'm pretty sure that they will still be seperate subfolders for each clip in that main parent folder you made. So to answer the question; you can't prevent the folders appearing, but you can easily organise/neaten them up a bit.

First of all... mucho's respect man for getting all that shit together. I can tell it must have taken fkin effort to produce that, and so again thanks for doing so. Just to spoil the flow of 'omgz' posts, it wasn't really THAT shit hot. I guess I shouldn't have read the replies before watching but either way, I wasn't prematurely ejaculating as much as I thought I would. Some of the filming got a bit annoying, I thought. Especially in John Shrews's section at the start. Some clips I couldn't really tell what was happning because you centralised the rider at the expense of cutting out the scenery a bit, so you'd kinda see *him on wall* > *him on another wall* > *drop* > *wall*... kinda thingy. I dunno if I'm just being gay but I prefer to see as much of the shot in each frame as possible rather than just the rider and the sky. But aside from that miniscule subjective thing, it was deece. I'd forgotten how much I love Tim and Nick's riding, so thanks for reminding us. Keep it up, boyo.

Yeah to be honest, reading over my post - it's way over stated. I still think it's the best video in my collection (of about 20 odd DVD's) but I wouldn't, er, jump off a cliff for it. I'm doing Economics and Finance at Southampton and life has never been better or as big a doss as it is at the moment. I probably do about an hour extra work a week, on top of the less than 9 or 10 hours of lectures I have during the week - of which I attend 'most'. Free time is flying out of arse at the moment* and f**k I'm loving it. In terms of general uni life - like someone above said perfectly Uni > real life. Word. Go to Uni, but make sure it's a half decent one so you can actually get somewhere at the end. *Probably because it's the first semester and they like to make it easier to settle in and shit. For all I know I'm doomed for the rest of the 2.5 years here. But for now, I'll be ignorant and say hell mo' fo'ing yes.
