  2. I would be well up for this! Maybe we should wait until the calendar for the nationals comes out so as not to disappoint people. Also i may have exams at the very end of may, so the earlier the better Andrew

  6. just keep at it! pull up really hard; I can bunny hop my kamel, look at Kenny and dani comas, they're both beasts at bunny hops!
  7. Yes! I'm not the only person who doesn't believe the story!
  8. dont think you can blame that one on a mis-translation!
  9. Yeah, now you mention it, i'm wrong, all your doing is pivoting the whole frame and fork on the front axle, so the bb will go up if its put in a lower hole position at the dropout :$ hmmm
  10. well try lifting your back wheel off the ground but keep your front wheel down, the axle ends up higher than the bb.. ie negative bb rise. So when its in the bottom hole, the back end is high, therefore the head angle is steep and the bb is low, the opposite applies to it being in the top hole. this clear it up?
  11. Because as you lift the back end up, the bb rise decreases and the head angle gets steeper, think about it
  12. Shame I don't speak french and they still haven't sorted out the English section!
  13. Awesome ride! I met some top riders and had a laugh! Riding wasn't so bad either! I look forward to the next one! Andrew

  15. I've seen Ali bend his Ti one before, they really dont take much abuse, i've actually got a full alloy Trialtech bashring for sale, never been used. PM me if your interested Andrew
  16. Awesome mate, i really like that! Well done bud! wouldnt mind a quick tinker on it myself... Andrew
  17. Ben isn't an important rider either Nice site though, Uber professional, got some decent download speeds as well for the videos! Andrew
  18. Too right, I definitely agree with you on that last point, which often turns each series into a sort of north/south divide, but thats a separate discussion. I don't ever recall it being called an official UCI comp, just UCI rules done to the requirements of British Cycling, but I may be wrong.
  19. Aside from what happened last year Ali, what are your thoughts on the changes for next year? Surely combining the UCI selection with a proper national series can only make it better, overall there will be more riders entered as the UCI events last year were held on saturdays and were not taken too seriously by many. Please don't give the observers any more stick as their job is hard enough as it is. The only way you could have trained observers is by being able to pay them. So without large sponsorship (maybe Tartybikes should put some money back into the sport...) then your only ever going to struggle for the few observers that we actually get. Andrew
  20. ok, i really want to ride but ive got a lot of work on as well, so i'll let the weather be the deciding factor, will check back later in the week.
  21. saturday sounds good to me! Yeah, ben, we'll see if anyone else from loughborough fancies it, maybe mike and steve-o. does that mean ur in Ali? Andrew
  22. should be able to plan my weekend round this, what day is it going to be? Andrew
