Be safer to take the spokes out incase you go through the rim quicker than you expect and managle a lot of them. My friend did this however he used a 20mm holesaw I think.

I have the Zoo's, very nice forks indeed. Hella strong and do not flex Cannot go wrong, although they are a little pricey.

I would not touch that rim with a drill. The 2005 models were weak I found, I destroyed one in 3 weeks. Dented in 3 hours of having it. A mate of mine snapped one completely.

The third one is how some very clever people created panic in america till a lot of banks went bust, after they won independance from the English Empire as they did not like the central bank idea. They held some meeting and created what is still in place today, a central bank where by the bank loans money to the government with interest instantly thus creating a perminent debt. They then re-call it all and then lend it back out etc, everytime causing more debt. Eventually this led to the wall street crash in 1929. If you watch it all it does kinda make sense, I studied this in history so already half knew what was going on.

BT advertise it as "up to 8mb". Basically the further away from their exchange you live, the slower your connection is as it degrades over a phone line. Unlucky is all I have to say. NTL or Virgin as it is now use fibre optic cables, as the signal does not degrade anywhere near as much and thus you get more constant speeds.

Met a girl who is a friend of my best mate. She lives a good 30 mins away and comes down to see my mate nearly every day. The past 2 weeks she has come out with me down to my local, even further than my mates house, seen my wasted and dropped me home twice. This week she even met my parents and family (I do not normally let people do this as they are all crazy) She keeps texting me things such as "I do not think you could handle me" refering to naughty things btw after I text her, and so on. The other day she said she was not ready for more than friends but then came out again tonight. She has also said she wil come out next week and even stay over my house. Do I try to go for more or just be best mates with her?

Great video and fantastic riding, however I am not a fan of people who ride to get sponsored. I have to ask do you ride because you enjoy it or do you ride to be sponsored? I personally ride for fun and if I get sponsored, which I highly doubt, then its just a bonus. Either way nice video, although could have done with maybe another hook to show you can do it on more than 1 obstacle.

Hey, I have been asked by a local bike shop to ride a demo outside their new shop. Doesnt need to be huge or anything but any ideas on what objects I could get hold of cheaply or free, to ride on that are safe. Does anyone know how you go about asking for a skip to be upside down? Also where would I be able to get blue pallets? I have tried asking at work but they cannot let me due to the small amount we get in (small waitrose branch). What would/have you managed to get hold of. I have 2 weeks to arrange it all. Cheers Nick

I would reccomend getting a HD axle if you get a King, as the fun bolts are way better. However get the pro 2, there is no advantage having a king over a hope now, the new pro 2 hubs are every bit as good if not better. As someone said, they are also English

I am finding the red echo pads pretty good. £10 from tarty bikes at the bikeshow. Deffinate bargin. They have a really gay squeek but other than that they lock really well and hold well too. I would say try the coustsink pads, they will be my next ones .

I am running a normal cog, it has not dug in that much. Would reccomend a wider based one though will prolong the life of your freehub.

If you have both the BBs in view, take off the non drive side cup and see if they bearings are the same. If they are I would say yes, if not I would say try it anyway. There should be a number on the bearing seal

I believe damon watson killed on in three hours. The 2006 models had a slight fault and some cracked near the drive ring however this has been strengthened for the 2007 models. They are absolutly amazing hubs, I have not had mine skip once, I have owned a King and I would not say that I would go back to a King the Pro 2 is just so good. It engages really solidly and doesnt feel sponey when putting a lot of power down.

Thats what I have done already but they seem to be coming up short Got all the trailing spokes in, then the non disc leading spokes and the 258s on disc seem to be short.

Hey I have built many a wheel but I am having a complete mind blank, got 260 and 258 for a front disc wheel. Want to check its 260 for the disc and 258 for the non disc sides?

I would say use many programs. I use: Spybot search and destroy Spyware Sweeper Windows Defender a-Squared Free Adaware Some programs will find stuff that the others wont, use more than 1 to be as clean as possible.
